Recognising Bratislavskaya as one of the founders of the People's Armed International Liberation Coalition (PAILC), an organisation that targets nations that are not in line with their communist beliefs.

Acknowledging that Bratislavskaya has endeavoured to invade or occupy nations that are accused of fascist activities including

United Klotecnia, who successfully fought against Bratislavskayan occupation during the Fourth Klotecnian Civil War was listed as fascist following Bratislavskayan defeat despite combating fascist revolutionaries during the war. The building of the Klotecnian People's Assembly was destroyed by ten minutes of intensive and unspeakable Bratislavskayan firepower which debris severely wounded many civilians in the process.

Ninten, whose nuclear stockpiles were destroyed by Bratislavskaya via careless means which resulted in the destruction of the Nintenian environment and the health of its people.

Noting that Bratislavskaya and the PAILC bullied the Klotecnian government into meeting demands such as a 24 hour deadline to sign the PAILC treaty

Appalled at the fact that many false excuses used by Bratislavskaya were

- Coercion in order to achieve 'freedom for the Klotecnian people'.
- The use of aggression to infringe the independence and sovereignty of nations opposing the PAILC was to 'uphold the USSR Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation' and to eliminate nations who disagreed with such ideals.
- Separation of families due to 'unjustified reasons' given by the Bratislavskayan government.

Disdained at Bratislavskaya's use of WMDs in conflict on enemies, totally ignoring the potential of its destructive result.

Shocked by the fact that independent, sovereign nations that made progressive reforms were pursued, oppressed, and horribly disrupted via coups by the Bratislavskayan government.

Understanding that the sole 'reason' for the unlawful invasion and occupation of nations was because of the governments' apparent 'fascist' ideologies which most of the time is an unfounded claim

Aware of the fact that Bratislavskaya also intends to discriminate against nations that do not accept Bratislavskayan foreign policy

It's just my opinion, keep the draft up and see if anyone else supports it. Even though I don't support it, many others do. Milograd was condemned twice for IC reasons. And neither of them were repealed.

Assuming that all of these facts are correct, I have taken the liberty of revising your proposal. I would suggest highlighting the most important and heinous acts first to draw attention to them. As it sits, it still needs work. I would also recommend that you familiarize yourself with the rules for SC Proposals, i.e., you cannot use personified words like "his" or "him" when referring to nations.

*Ninten, whose who nuclear stockpiles were destroyed destructed by Bratislavskaya via careless means which resulted in the destruction of the unsafe, dangerous means that damaged Nintenian environment and the health of its people instead of a safer alternative

Appalled at the fact that many false excuses used by Bratislavskaya were

- that the use of coercion was in order to achieve 'freedom for the Klotecnian people'.
- that the use of aggression to infringe the independent and sovereignty of nations opposing the PAILC was to 'uphold the USSR Treaty of Friendship and Cooperation' and to eliminate nations who disagreed with such ideals.

Aware of the fact that Bratislavskaya also intends in the future to 'discriminate' (remove quotes)against nations not in acceptance of that do not accept Bratislavskayan foreign policy

To the conclusion of that the Bratislavskayan government purposely intends to 'infringe the sovereignty and independence' of nations, whose thought is declared 'unsuitable' by Bratislavskaya and the use of aggressive coercion in order to achieve its political objectives.

Yes there are. You used the pronoun "his" in the first clause (at least the one you submitted to the SC). According to Rule 4, that's forbidden. I personally believe your proposal needs more work as well. If you look at a lot of the drafting threads for Security Council resolutions that passed, you'll notice that most of them have pages of critiques and revisions - very rarely is a proposal ready to go on the first night it was drafted.

As I made very clear, all civilians were evacuated from the area of the building. All persons inside were detained, processed and most released. The building was destroyed due to the torching of the Bratislavskayan and Renbokian embassies by Klotecnian troops.

Ninten, whose nuclear stockpiles were destroyed by Bratislavskaya via careless means which resulted in the destruction of the Nintenian environment and the health of its people.

The weapons disposed of were in fact chemical weapons, and the incident was not related to myself in ANY way.

Noting that Bratislavskaya and the PAILC bullied the Klotecnian government into meeting demands such as a 24 hour deadline to sign the PAILC treaty

A treaty including such mad and unreasonable terms such as:
Lift the outright ban on Freedom of Speech
Lift the outright ban on being homosexual
Dispose of the Chemical weapons you just prior to the writing up of these terms used on your own civilians, which is an outright warcrime
Letting PAILC Troops take over the fighting against the fascist rebels in your nation that you were not dealing with, and had in fact invaded half of the USSR through you're godmodding.
Hand over a former leader for ordering the deaths of 10,000 "Ethnic Bratislavskayans" (a quote from yourself, after magically teleporting to my nation to do it)

You are trying to take personal revenge to the W.A, because you been asked to leave the region by multiple persons as a troll and a warmonger. Multiple people in the region will agree. In addition to what the other two above me clarified, I want to say this:

The other PAILC member nations condemned the use of these WMDs, but we did not and do not criticise Bratislavskaya since it was not only
1. Indeed a reaction to nuclear attacks by Klotecnia
but also
2. Requested by Klotecnia, although he wanted us to nuke only those of his citizens living in cities occupied by the Fascists, so basically he wanted us to kill hostages with WMDs.

I wrote the analysis of Klotecnia's overall policies, political stance and style of argumentation, it can be found on the RMB (buried under tons of discussion I fear).
The core points were:
- Oppression via an excessive political police as well as the military, both using intense violence against the people (concentration camps etc.)
- Tyranny by one family of dictators with the official title "Supreme Leader"
- Excessive and systematic oppression of various civil rights, such as freedom of speech and freedom of sexuality
- The fact that he does not only admit all these points, but also defends them
- The fact that he admits being not communist, but nationalist
- The fact that the only right he constantly defends is his national self-determination, while at the same time he always used soldiers of other USSR countries in the fights against his political enemies (?), especially
- The Fascist Front (KNFRF), which was annihilated multiple times by USSR forces that Klotecnia called for help, but always rised again, bigger and more powerful than before, always followed by "emergency acts", which allowed the Klotecnian government to take away any civil rights left.

With only these core points, Klotecnia would be classified as "Fascistoid military absolute dictatorship", but considering his private sector makes up over 40% of his economy, the last and most important point of Dimitroff's definition of Fascism is fulfilled - so, Klotecnia is indeed a Fascist state.
