Oops it appears as if I posted the wrong version of my commendation. I won't take it down, but here's the real final draft.

The World Assembly,

Noting that The Black Riders have already received a Security Council Condemnation, and accepting its effects,

Arguing that the actions of a region are not black and white, and that a region be worthy of condemnation and commendation at the same time,

Recognizing The Black Riders as one of the most well known military institutions in the history of the world,

Noting The Black Riders’s policy of unbiased participation, allowing nations of almost any ideology or religion to participate in regional affairs, as long as they are respectful to others,

Lauding The Black Riders’s endorsement of democracy when electing World Assembly Delegates,

Applauding The Black Riders’s participation in the liberation of Nazi Europe from Fascist forces,

Observing their efforts to refound founderless regions, such as DEN, Islamic Revolution of Iran, Angola, Internet, Charon, Whitereach, K and J Alliance, The Silver Isles, Region of Reunited Muslim States, Ixnay, and many others,

Attesting to The Black Riders’s contribution to other large founderless regions by bringing them into international relevance through occupations that do not end in refoundings, for instance in the regions SPACE, Anarchy, The Mountains to the East, Atheist Empire, and Paradoxia,

Acknowledging the large amount of time and effort that must be put into tagging, occupations, and refounds,

Impressed by the fact that, despite constant insults and malicious comments, The Black Riders has a strict policy of not seeking revenge, and that the residents of The Black Riders always provide polite, if blunt, responses,

Asserting that The Black Riders unite nations and regions of all kinds through the actions that they take,

Citing the clear increase in activity in regions that have been tagged by The Black Riders, and the many friendships formed through discussion of them,

Interjecting that Defender regions have been commended for their organization and success, despite that fact that The Black Riders has just as much, if not more, organization and success than them,

Realizing that this very council has commended self proclaimed “Defenders” for actions that would not have been possible without the existence of The Black Riders,

Stressing the fact that a large of number of resolutions passed by this Security Council, which acts as a symbol of international peace and diplomacy, would not exist without the extensive efforts of The Black Riders,

Accepting that The Black Riders have instilled a greater interest in regional defense, regional politics and international diplomacy throughout the world,

Commiserating with The Black Riders, whose region was raided,

Explaining that the raiding of the region is not the cause of distress, but that the intent of the squatters in The Black Riders for the region to become their home, rather than a trophy,

Relieved that the original residents of The Black Riders have found a new home in DEN,

Pleased that the original Black Riders eventually took back their home region,

Thanking the small international organization that infiltrated and liberated the region from its invaders,

Humored by said group’s dedication to their goal and secrecy about their success,

Knowing that the legend of The Black Riders will be remembered for the rest of time,

Confirming that Raider Unity will also continue, and will grow even stronger, through all raiders who choose to abide by it, and that in even the most trying of times, raiders of all types will stand together against their enemies,

Hereby Commends The Black Riders.

I don't think he expects it to pass, and honestly that is the least of the absurdity of this resolution.

I've been saying it for months: I don't expect this to pass. My goal has been to get this to vote, which btw is probably not going to happening.

Well like I said several pages back;

Heh well looks like this is gonna struggle to reach queue.

There's no way this would pass, TBR and their Riders can get all the condemnations they want, but commending? Not likely. Raiders may support this, but to the masses who aren't involved in the raiding / defending element of the game, you just attack and occupy their regions, they won't commend you for that.

You phrase things like long term occupations and forced refoundings as somehow "good" things, and that's completely absurd.

Sorry if that sounds harsh darling, but sometimes things change in the course of time and once seemingly great proposals eventually become...pointless.
