[ABANDONED] Repeal SC #35 "Commend the Skeleton Army"

The Security Council;

WHILST APPLAUDING the generosity of the Skeleton Army towards its targets;

FINDING IT ridiculous to commend a region for declaring themselves as the "greatest raider region;"

NOTICING that the resolution fails to serve it purpose- inspiring other invader regions to follow the Skeleton Army's tactics, thus nullifying the ninth clause in SC #35;

ANGERED by the bias towards invaders that is shown in SC #35, which contradicts with the World Assembly's neutrality to nations and regions of all types;

BELIEVING that the recognition of the Skeleton Army's raids on four prominent regions add to this bias;

HEREBY repeals Security Council Resolution #35, "Commend the Skeleton Army."

I would appreciate feedback and more info if possible. Thanks in advance. This proposal is rather short, and I feel like this isn't enough of an argument for the repeal.

lol K, not sure what that proves. The WA is in no way a neutral entity. It and WA nations that make it up have there own biases and agendas. The act of Commending / Condemning or liberating for that matter are all opposite of remaining neutral.

Are you aware of how The Skeleton Army's invasions actually operate? From what you've written, I'm not sure, and it is a common mistake for people to assume they invade in the conventional way.

They really are one of the few truly unique groups out there in NationStates. And no, unique alone isn't outstanding, but they're a group that's imaginative, entertaining, and enduring. That's exactly what the SC should be recognising, far more than generic recognitions of this month's GCR bigshot.

A non-binding clause. That doesn't make the WA neutral, particularly given that every other passed SC proposal by their nature contradicts "neutrality to nations and regions of all types".
