Description: The Security Council,

Recognizing that Helix was recently invaded by the infamous raiding organisation The Eternal Knights

Asserting the reason behind this invasion is to maliciously turn Helix into a colony of The Eternal Knights

Observing that administration of Helix would be better suited to natives of Helix with the assistance of defenders

Noting Helix was held by a defender organisation with pure intentions to return the region to native hands after they successfully secured Helix from The Black Riders; an organisation condemned by this council.

Expressing fear that Helix will be password locked to avoid interruption by natives and defenders; A similar tactic used by their ally The Black Riders in their invasion of Liberal Haven.

Stating that the ejection of natives has already occurred.

Observing that the leader of The Eternal Knights; Nephmir has claimed in the past to empty large regions such as Osiris, Balder and The West Pacific.

Acknowledging that Helix was once a large, vibrant community aimed at spreading peace; and that it will have genuine efforts to return to this after the region is reclaimed for the native community.

Noting The Eternal Knights took military action against Helix as they had foiled many of The Eternal Knight’s previous military efforts against other peace loving organisations.

Although you could remove the Personal Attack on Nephmir; that's just kind of a silly thing to put in there.

Um... let me dig some stuff up... I know there's a post by someone from Greater Ixnay on the RMB saying as much, if you believe it. It may have been suppressed though, so you'd need NS++ to see it.

That Ixnay was raided by TRB is a fact, and that the residents formed Greater Ixnay is a fact. I assume you don't need more on those. Let me go dig through some regional logs...
