Believing that regions of such mass should have free and open elections for its Delegacy, to be protected at all costs, and not to be repressed by a totalitarian state,
Identifies Stujenske as a dictatorial Delegate, having set strict regulations on the code of freedom of speech, suppressing speeches and ejecting/banning member nations (including natives) for expressing their concern against the current state of affairs of the Stujenske regime,
Noting that the current power figures within Stujenske's regime have used manipulative and deceptive tactics to come into power, furthermore, outlawing any further democratic election within its Delegacy,
Concerned that the Stujenske government has seized absolute reign over the region, stating that it was for the betterment of all, totally disregarding many member nation's wishes for a democratic process within the Lazarene Delegacy,
Terrified that the Stujenske government continues to use propaganda and suppression of any opposition in an attempt to brainwash the regional population and further reduce unrest over the lack of democratic freedoms,
Recognizing the democratic agenda we here at the World Assembly fight so hard to keep intact,
Aiming to warn member nations residing within Lazarus and nations around the world of the threat the WA Delegate, Stujenske, and his colleagues, pose to the democratic process within the Lazarene Delegacy,
Hoping to someday liberate Lazarus from the shackles of dictatorship,
Hereby Condemns Stujenske.
