Actually, y'all could always just move. It's not like your obligated or forced to stay there, the only thing you're really staying for is the namesake.

I checked, and I saw that the second resolution to condemn The Black Riders did have the words "raider region" in it, and I edited out "re-found".

The last one did leave of his own accord... but he didn't have to be banned. He's still considered a native.
