Was condemning a moderator even legal in this game because I thought they were powerful and also one was condemned

It's legal as long as you aren't condemning them for anything related to moderation. As players, you are welcome to condemn them for their actions relating to the game.

Not knowing the circumstances...

Moderators can and do participate in role-playing and other non-moderator functions. As friendly as they can be in person, their in-character (IC) actions can be evil and corrupt. Thus it is possible for a moderator to be condemned by the World Assembly.

If you're referring to Mallorea and Riva, it was condemned for being part of one of the bigger Raider regions on NS (though I think more people voted yay on the condemnation proposal due to a pretty fair amount of moderator corruption he had previously exhibited)

Considering (1) he has not engaged in moderator corruption and (2) he was condemned before being modded, your argument makes no sense.

I wasn't around at the time and really haven't examined the whole subject very deeply, so I think we can excuse small factual errors.

A word of advice, When something is factually incorrect, or you don't know if it's true or not, you shouldn't say it. Those with less knowledge will take it as the truth. And done enough times, can lead to you reputation being damaged.

Heh.

I imagine that, like myself, he sought out condemnation.

Mall was condemned before he became a mod, silly.

Isnt this a "Pointlessly spammy topic" since the condemnation states why the person was condemned?

Excuse "small" (if "complete" can now mean "small") factual errors, when they formed the basis of the core of your post?!
