[Submitted] Condemn Commonwealth of Free Nations

As much as I disapprove of what CFN is trying to do, I have to echo other statements made here: this is purely an internal matter, not worthy of a condemnation.

I would argue it's not. We must not set this precedent as an international community that people can just override GHRs etc with their own laws. If this condemnation fails, other regions will follow in the footsteps of the CFN.

People are not tied down to their regions, and if rules are being broken then the moderators are quite capable of stepping in.

You really need to read the rules and the ToS again and the scopes of what a Condemnation does. A condemnation does not automatically override or change regional law, basically what a condemnation is is just a fancy way to say "Congrats you annoyed a large section of the site". And regional law can not "override" a GHR. When it comes down to it the only official rules that have baring on the site are A.) ToS, B.) The rules set forth by the mods and admins and C.) the Laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. "Regional rules" and etc have no baring on GHRs and the like.

Something tells me the concept of a condemnation needs a rethinking, since the recipients have the same response as they would have if they got commended.
The primary good thing about this is that it shows what bad things happen behind the curtain.
