The Security Council,
Recognizing the Commonwealth of Free Nations as a democratic region who state that they stand for "Democracy, Security, Peace, Justice, and Equality",
Alarmed by the fact that they have passed a bill in their legislature, the CFN Adjudication of Penal Offenses Act, essentially outlawing reports to a higher authority than their own courts unless their courts find a nation guilty of an offense in CFN law,
Shocked that many government officials have declared their support of the bill, including the founder and the WAD,
Disgusted that the region considers it acceptable to permit nations to distribute pornography, fo instance, under this act, as there is no CFN law against that and therefore there would be no trial,
Aware that nations may inform a higher authority than the CFN courts in private, thus leading to witch-hunts and possibly removal from the CFN without trial, which this region are prepared to do as this Council has seen when the author of this bill was removed from the CFN without trial for authoring it, despite claiming to represent "Democracy", "Security" and "Peace",
Horrified that The Dalek Paradigm, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the CFN and a member of this organization, compared a condemnation to "a sticker on our region",
Dismayed that a region which has a good community of nations in is deserving of a condemnation,
Hoping that swift change will come about from this condemnation,
[b]Hereby condemns the Commonwealth of Free Nations.
