I have nothing against Halcones personally. In fact, I cannot even think of an instance in which Halcones and I have interacted, beyond a couple telegram conversations.

Which is kind of why I started by saying I wouldn't do this to condemn you personally, but rather the process. While you personally may not dislike Halcones, your personal feelings about TBR aren't a secret. Since TBR already has a condemnation, their fearless leader becomes the natural second. Right now we have a situation where the leader of TEK, a group sworn to defeat TBR by any means necessary, pushing to condemn the leader of TBR.

My stance on all of this has nothing to do with you personally. I like you a lot more now than I did a year ago, so don't think that has anything to do with it.

If you want this to pass through, you should probably add a bit of detail to the part about TEK- how they malignantly raid regions, etc. As well as citing his inadequacy to prevent forum destruction. Wait, was that another region? Someone clarify to me if TEK was forumcrashed.
