Mind you, that this does not do anything to stop the Black Riders, rather instead simply just takes away their region. This does not under any amount of time render them destroyed or hurt them in any way besides taking their region away.

Besides, I think it's pretty unlikely that their founder would CTE.

If anything, a "disband region" option in the SC might be nice (or extremely bad, because I'm sure that ability would be abused quickly).

We really need our sunny skies over the mountains! It would make our loved region more beautiful and Cool place spend time and spam RMB. WA is making serious mistake! How anyone can really be against this? :(

This proposal seems to me like a pure mockery of the Security Council, I can't do anything but laugh. This is a guaranteed candidate for an against vote.
