Not enough support for quorum, and some of the supporters only supported it for fun. Not good. Any suggestions on how to improve the proposal?

Technically you can C&C a GCR. Its just really hard to do because of their prominence

I'm not certain why you think Osiris needs more publicity, given the publicity it's had in the last year. Plus the machine shovels old nations your way whenever nations are resurrected.

Condemning or Commending a game created region is a little like commending or condemning the anthill because of a couple ants. Feel free to condemn any of the ants, but the truth is that many of the nations in Osiris don't even know that they're in Osiris.

While game created regions have often had long standing regional governments and cultures, the instability of Osiris during its short history suggests that the Security Council will just have to repeal this condemnation after the next coup.
