Description:Nation of The Queen's State of Machine Rules had invaded the neighboring countries including the United States of Islamic, and abusing women, children massacred for no reason. we would like to recommend this:
- I am the sultan, wants to make the world a defense pact formation called "WATO" (World Assembly Treaty Organization)
- And also conducted Operation Dark Storm, the impact of this operation will be decided Source Food

Quick little comments:
If you're ever gonna submit this, you'll need an operative clause. "HEREBY Condemns [nation]."

Second: Your argument is....generally unintelligible. I don't know if my brain is just messing with me tonight or something, but the only thing I got from that was that the nation committed genocide and whatnot. Not good, but not necessarily bad enough to merit a condemnation, from what I've seen. (Highlight:

What does all of that even mean? Additionally, condemns can't do anything more than condemn the nation they're condemning; if you're looking to start some sort of WA treaty organization, go to the General Assembly about that)
