Unibot did not create a defense force in the Rejected Realms. Get your story straight before you start writing a piss poor commendation.

ACKNOWLEDGES that the Rejected Realms, as being the host region for all ejected nations, might contain ruthless and cruel nations, such as raiders, who could deserve to be ejected.
How is that commendable?
UNDERSTANDS that Unibot III has brought order among the Rejected Realms, giving many nations opportunity to participate in activities such as government and journalism.
I can go to a good number of other regions and do those exact same things.
REALIZES of the large defense force that Unibot III has created in the Rejected Realms, protecting many regions from invaders.
Any examples of these "many regions" that the RRA has "protected"?
BELIEVES that it is very difficult to perform these actions in a region with over 5,000 ejected nations.
Uh... wot.
HEREBY commends Unibot III.

No need to beat up on the author. Having said that, Unibot has already been Commended by the Security Council for far better reasons than being the delegate of TRR so there would be little to no support for even a superior draft of this proposal.
