Incorrect. If it isn't in queue, or quorum, or at vote, then it must not say "Submitted" or "At Vote" or "In Queue". This proposal fits none of those categories, therefore it shall stay as a "Draft" until it does.

Absolutely not. They should be ashamed to even call themselves Catholic while affiliating with these far right ideologies that are condemned by Catholic teaching, and they definitely shouldn't be commended.
