While your enthusiasm is appreciated, there is something you must note: Liberations remove Delegate imposed passwords on a region. That's all they do. In order for Ixnay to be free from TBR, Defenders must attempt to liberate the region.
Just some weeb.

Hello Security Council from occupied Anarchy territory.

I would vote for this resolution.

As much as it is, it will make a future refound more difficult to execute by TBR and that is a good case.

I also urge the security council to give more operationability options to liberation resolutions.
There should be options to limit more delegate powers than just the removal of password protection.

You could start a discussion on that. This ain't the place.

That wasn't meant to be mean, btw :)

Yeah, true. I'll poke some Defenders soon for their opinion on the viability of a Liberation proposal.
Just some weeb.

Well yes, but think of previous liberations like "Liberate Liberal Haven". After the resolution passed, nations that did not realize the severity of the raid now helped to try to retake it and friendly forces retook the region. In ixnay it wouldn't hurt to limit the delegate's power and it will push defender alliances to retake ixnay. Ixnay doesn't have much to lose.
DETERMINED to pass a World Assembly Resolution! Been trying on and off for 4 months now!

I'm pretty sure most of the people involved with liberating Liberal Haven (and I would know, having been there) knew precisely what the "severity of the raid" was. There were even raiders and imperialists involved in the operation as a counter-raid against RWU.

But Liberation proposals only remove Delegate-imposed passwords and prevent the future imposition of one. They cannot limit other actions by Delegates. There is a change in the works called "Reformation" that would have to be a separate SC resolution that would prevent the Delegate from taking action, but that has not been added yet.

As I don't have the time to adequately pursue this draft, I've given my permission for a native (Dorhaven, if memory serves) of Ixnay to use my draft, so long as proper credit is given.
Just some weeb.
