Alright, I took out the sub-clauses on Sciongrad's repeals, and added two clauses on Biological Warfare Convention. They're not great clauses, but Biological Warfare Convention isn't the main point of this Commendation. :/

Yeah, I probably should have mentioned that bit. Its not that he co-authored a repeal of 10KI's commend, its that he knowingly deceived the Security Council in *trying to meet his ends.

OOC: I don't want to seem tactless by posting in this thread, but for the purpose of clarification, I'm not Coralion. Frankly, I'm not even sure who that is.

EDIT: I take that back. He was the guy who had the same flag as me a while back, if I recall. Although I've still only ever had Connopolis, Scion Lop On, and Sciongrad as main nations.

We are pleased to support this commendation for a truly well-deserving member of this body. If nothing else, it should piss off the members of 10KI beyond measure, even if the resolution itself is a bit dull. Then again, we've always counted it a capital crime to commend people for their work in the GA without once mentioning their defenestratory prowess, their proclivity for nut-kicking, or their ability to lob food items from 40 yards across the chamber, so...go figure.

From a outsiders perspective this proposal would be generally supported by the nation states community, if it wasn't inter regional politics but by Scions own merits. Shield NS makes a judgement call on what we see an not what we hear. I persuade members of this council to judge Scion on her merits and how much she has achieved. Scion has my vote.
