NOTING: The Original nation of Afforess was deleted on November 13, 2013.

KNOWING: That Afforess now controls [nation=short]Shadow Afforess[/nation].

REMEMBERING: That Afforess had a delegate run in Capitalist Paradise for 8 Months in 2010.

STATING: That Afforess still runs NS++, one of the most popular Browser Exstensions.

SEEING: That Afforess has had exceptional contributions to, NSWiki, after the original one got shut down.

ALSO NOTING: Afforess has made many contributions to Capitalist Paradise.

HEREBY Commends [nation=short]Shadow Afforess[/nation].

Can I have some help fixing this up? I know that there is a few rule violations in this. Maybe we can work it out and fix it though.

I believe you need to tag Capitalist Paradise only once for it to be legal.

You are welcome to review my withdrawn draft for any help if you would like. Regardless of Afforess' actions that have reflected negatively on the game play community, I still believe you will find plenty of support for a proposal to commend him.

He is right, but there is a way you can word it to still include that information within the proposal.

Your proposal is supposed to be addressed to the SC, so start out with something like: "The Security Council,"

NOTING: The Original nation of Afforess was deleted on November 13, 2013. Ceased to exist would be legal term.

KNOWING: That Afforess now controls [nation=short]Shadow Afforess[/nation]. Combine the noting and knowing clauses. Something like this, perhaps: Noting that the nation of Afforess ceased to exist on November 13, 2013, and aware that the former government of Afforess now controls the nation Shadow Afforess,

REMEMBERING: That Afforess had a delegate run in Capitalist Paradise for 8 Months in 2010. Okay, what did they do as delegate? Anything notable? Add that to your draft.

STATING: That Afforess still runs NS++, one of the most popular Browser Exstensions. Okay. Expand on this point. Describe some of the features of NS++, and describe them as if you're talking about them being added to a nation.

Metagaming is not an SC rule. I see no rule violation here outside of the use of "deleted," which could be iffy. Just use "ceased to exist" instead. Furthermore, offsite activities are fine to mention. How else would we mention things that happen on forums?

Why would Indian Empire need to mend relations with CP? I think it needs to be made clear that the nation certainly does not represent the views of 10K if that is your line of thinking...unless the nation has reason to want to mend relations of some sort I am unaware of.

Indian Empire is a ban-on-sight nation in Capitalist Paradise, in part thanks to me. Him and several of his puppets are all banned.
