Commend Omigodtheykilledkenny

The Security Council,

Recognizing Omigodtheykilledkenny was condemned by Security Council resolution #17;

Cognizant of the fact Omigodtheykilledkenny has been condemned by this august council and that the nation no doubt still warrants the condemnation;

Also aware the contributions the nation has given the World Assembly cannot be ignored,

Impressed that Omigodtheykilledkenny has compiled and maintains an archive of World Assembly resolutions;

Further impressed Omigodtheykilledkenny has authored groundbreaking resolutions which have become the backbone of the World Assembly, such as:

  1. GAR #8 World Assembly Headquarters and,

  2. GAR #17 World Assembly General Fund.

Grateful for the Kennyite funding of the "Creative Solutions Agency" that compiles and shares its vast wealth of knowledge allowing member nations to loophole themselves out of the horrid resolutions passed by the inept General Assembly;

Amazed by the fact Omigodtheykilledkenny was on the verge of losing their condemnation, yet managed to turn that vote around with a ground breaking campaign convincing over eighty percent of the voting nations to change their vote, showing the lengths they are willing to ascend to in order to preserve the dignity of the World Assembly;

Delighted that in a region of terrorists and war criminals Omigodtheykilledkenny has granted its citizens extensive civil rights, and political freedoms;

Gratified Omigodtheykilledkenny has taken it upon themselves to cull the massive dolphin blight that has plagued so many nations, for so long;

Believing Omigodtheykilledkenny has earned the right to be both condemned, and commended by this Assembly,

Hereby commends Omigodtheykilledkenny.

I seriously considered ninja'ing this into queue, but instead decided to post it here for feedback. Go wild.

This is riddled with inaccuracies, grammatical errors, spite, and conspiracy.

While there may be a few grammatical errors, everything in the text is true. How exactly is this spiting Kenny, and where is the conspiracy?

No, it's not. Sedge has already been Condemned and Commended.

Hmm.... Thank you for that info. I will have to adjust that clause.

Could you please help me parallel Kenny's campaign to save his condemnation, and the "dignity of the World Assembly." I think I have some idea of the depiction you are heading for but it is still rather foggy.

Impressed that nation in a region of terrorists and war criminals Omigodtheykilledkenny has granted its citizens extensive civil rights, and political freedoms,

I have never really been a fan of clauses like this. They come across as filler because of the amount of nations that grant it's citizens extensive civil rights, and political freedoms.

Convinced even though Omigodtheykilledkenny deserved the condemnation imposed upon them by this august assembly, also realizing Omigodtheykilledkenny has contributed greatly to the improvement of the World Assembly,

Hm. You could probably rework this sentence so it doesn't appear to be starting a new clause within the middle of it. Perhaps something like this:

Aware that though Omigodtheykilledkenny has been condemned by this august council and that the nation no doubt still warrants the condemnation, the contributions the nation has given the World Assembly cannot be ignored;

Or something like that. Thinking off the top of my head.

Kenny's response, in the Antarctic Oasis RMB, was
GAH!!! SHOOT IT DOWN!! SHOOT IT DOWN!! SEND it back to horrid fiery abyss from whence it came!! AUUUUUUUGHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!

I hereby urge anybody who has approved this proposal to withdraw that approval.

I will support this if it reaches the floor.

This had a charming comedic effect the first time, but your fixation on Kenny has reached disturbing levels.

Amazed by the fact Omigodtheykilledkenny was on the verge of losing their condemnation, yet managed to turn that vote around with a ground breaking campaign convincing over eighty percent of the voting nations to change their vote, showing the lengths they are willing to ascend to in order to preserve the dignity of the World Assembly;

Wasn't it supposedly your motivation to return integrity to the World Assembly by repealing his condemnation? This clause seems to throw that out the window by suggesting his actions to preserve his condemnation had the effect of maintaining the World Assembly's "dignity." What's your actual motivation here?

Yes, that very much sounds like something the World Assembly would and should support....
I found this quite funny, once....before it got submitted. I would actually like to see Ohmygodtheykilledkenny commended, but not by this resolution.
But anyway, twenty-four approvals needed in only four hours? Never gonna reach quorum anyway....

That's too bad, if anyone here deserves both a condemnation and a commendation, it's Kenny.

Kenny does not want this.

And yet he'll fight to the death to keep his condemnation badge.

Strange world.

What a shame. We'll have to call off the emergency airstrike against SCHQ. And we were so looking forward to fighting another unnecessary and unwinnable war.

You know that if he doesn't want this, it won't matter if you push it into the queue, right?

I'm beginning to think that as long as he can attract attention to himself, that in itself is the victory. It doesn't matter if he wins or loses. :eyebrow:
