Description: Recognizing that The North Pacific is the largest region by population on NationStates with a census report of over 10,000 nations.

Evaluating that The North Pacific has an extensive democratic structure and allows all citizens who chose to have a voice to have a say.

Noting that The North Pacific's citizens compose a large number of World Assembly votes, and the delegate votes are a fair representation of the population.

Expressing that The North Pacific is one of the oldest and strongest regions, and would be difficult to effectively raid, as the current Delegate has over 800 endorsements, and the Vice Delegate at just over 700.

Contributing that The North Pacific has a detailed Security Council within the region of high influence individuals, present to further keep the region from raid.

Persuading that The North Pacific is one of, if not, the most influential regions of NationStates and deserves recognition for their efforts to remain democratic and fair.

Description: I am not going to write this as a general proposal, but I feel like this issue needs to be addressed for certain reasons.

While me and my regional community was inactive, Texas Scotts, Droidlings, Walmart and Chick-Fil-A and some other Quislings entered our region, Cyberia.

They then all endorsed Texas Scotts, such that made him the delegate from our region. then, using his executive powers, he ejected and banned all of our officers.

Luckily, the founder has regional powers even when they are not in the region, so our founder Ungabungaland was able to unban us and ban all of them. Then more joined, probably under different accounts.

This has gotten to a point where we are polling to consider putting a password on the region. We would very much regret this as we want as many members as possible.
