Description: Noting that recently a group called the Black Riders has been invading regions and controlling them for their own purposes.
We are upset that such unprovoked invasion can go unpunished.
Though is the nation specifically mentioned here, the demands laid down in this resolution are to be applied to all regions that the Black Riders control, in the form of a mass liberation movement against them.
For this reason, we have several demands for the Black Riders in order to maintain peace.

1.) All nations that are recognized by The Black Riders as members or entered an invaded region at the time of the invasion are to withdraw immediately. These nations can be easily identified because their names are posted in the fact book page after a region is under their control.

2.)The Black Riders are to cease any plans for future invasions or other unprovoked acts of aggression against a nation for any reason whatsoever permanently. If they do invade a region or perform an unprovoked act of aggression against a region or nation, they will be forced to withdraw, and members of the World Assembly will invade their home region and banish all Black Rider members from it before disbanding the region. Also, all members of the Black Riders at this time who are members of the World Assembly will be expelled.

3.) The Black Riders have built embassies with regions that they controlled at the time of these embassies construction, often prior to withdrawal. These are to be removed immediately. Only embassies of mutual consent are permitted. An embassy of mutual consent is defined as an embassy that was constructed with the full approval of both regions involved, without one region involved or third party nation or region influencing the decision of whether or not to construct an embassy, and without one region taking control of the other so as to forcibly construct an embassy. Should the Black Riders maintain an embassy that is not of mutual consent, their region will by invaded by World Assembly members, and ALL EMBASSIES OF MUTUAL CONSENT OR NON-MUTUAL CONSENT WILL BE REMOVED PRIOR TO WORLD ASSEMBLY WITHDRAWAL. If after this new embassies of non-mutual consent are still being formed, this action will be taken again, AND THE REGION DISBANDED IN THE SAME WAY AS IF THE BLACK RIDERS WERE TO ATTEMPT AN INVASION. IN ADDITION, ALL BLACK RIDER WORLD ASSEMBLY MEMBERS WILL BE PERMANENTLY EXPELLED.

If The BLACK Riders fail to meet any of these demands, THEIR HOME REGION WILL BE INVADED AND DISBANDED, ALL EMBASSIES WILL BE REMOVED, ALL BLACK RIDER WORLD ASSEMBLY MEMBERS WILL BE PERMANENTLY EXPELLED, AND THEY WILL BE BANNED FROM JOINING A REGION WITH INTENT TO GAIN CONTROL PERMANENTLY, NO MATTER WHAT THE CIRCUMSTANCES. No negotiation of these demands will be allowed under any circumstances. If Libration troops become necessary should the Black Riders refuse these demands, they will remain in the regions formerly controlled by the Black Riders until the Security Council determines that their presence is no longer needed to prevent any further invasions.

Description: We are upset to learn that recently the Black Riders have illegally seized control of the peaceful region known as Anarchy. This is upsetting, because, as the name suggests, this region is built upon total freedom for everyone. With this control, the region will be slowly destroyed as long time members are removed and a password eventually is put into place. We are outraged at this unprovoked act of aggression against such an unoffensive region, and we need to take action immediately. Therefor, we feel it is our responsibility to put it before the Security Council to liberate the oppressed region effective immediately.

All invading Black Rider member nations are to withdraw immediately. The Security Council declares the region of Anarchy now and forever free from outside oppressive leadership.

The Security Council also bans the use of a secret password on the region of Anarchy until all Black Riders have withdrawn and a new fairly elected delegate is in power.

This resolution will remain in effect until the Security Council determines that it is no longer necessary to maintain peace in the region of Anarchy.

Description: Noting that The united order of the phoenix, despite being a small region, does a lot of hardship to better nationstates by helping the needy and attacking the bad.

Being acquainted that this region freed many regions like Olympus mons from the black riders and the eternal knights and has a mission to make Nationstates safe from the black riders and other raiders.

Remembering that this region was raided by the black riders on the day of it's featuring but this region fought to their freedom.

Noting that this region was an active part of the mission to liberate hogwarts from the grip of the lone wolves united and it sent ambassadors to founderless regions making sure that they are safe.

Hoping that the other nations identify this as a very much needed initiative to better the gameplay and make it easier for new nations to get acquainted to nationstates.

Further noting that this region has been one of the most democratic, where even a ban is placed after a poll.

These nations have suffered hacks and unjust bans from the regions they before inhabited and therefore want to make nationstates safe of these and this commendation will fill enthusiasm in them and make them more eager (although they already are) to fulfill this dream of a safe and happy fairy tale like nationstates

Description: For a long time Servoth has violated the WA's most sacred laws.

Knowing: It is a single strong dictatorship that has killed 1000s of people for the fun of its mentally insane ruler,has sent people by the 1000s to political prison camps where they will be feed a small meal of rice the size of a fist and force them to do 12 hours of hard labor for the dictator against there will, abolishing the peoples courts, legislators, and local governments,making the people do slave labor, and letting people die by tacking their food with military force to feed the dictator along with abolishing the peoples human rights and being involved with illegal operations the mad dictator has outlawed.

Understanding: The nation broken almost every international law and must be punished greatly.

Aside from the multiple grammatical errors, I believe this violates Rule 3 since it alludes to the nebulous "must be punished greatly" instead of just limiting the resolution to what the WA body can do, ie, solely condemn/commend etc.
