As much as I like Inflatable Gandalfs' edits - that kind of sarcasm and portrayal of the WA as corrupt didn't go over well with voters on "Condemn Gatesville".
From the discussions I saw around various regional forums as well as here, the major objections weren't about its satirical portrayal of the WA, but about the "anti-sovereignty" line... people didn't want GV condemned for voicing their opinion. There's an important difference between viewing or portraying the WA satirically, and writing an entirely satirical proposal.
Okay Nai, I'm just saying voters tend not to like the WA being portrayed as corrupt in resolutions.
The classic example (and one of my favorites) is the World Assembly Headquarters which portrayed the WA in a fairly bad light, and passed with a very small margin.
Nevertheless, I'd say go for it.
