We are happy to note your interest on having us host your embassies at our great and prosper Nation. We would also like to take a time into inviting you to form a Free Trade Agreement and to accept our own Embassy at your Home Nation.

In the spirit of brotherhood and world unity, we will not question on the policies or ideologies a nation has upon the submission of it's form. We are aware that, just as each person is different, each country has it's own approach into finding a solution to their situation.
However, we do reserve the right to deny applications if we feel that any interaction within a nation may tarnish our international reputation or become a threat to the integrity of our Nation and it's citizens.

We would like you to take some time into reading the following information, as it can be of great use when considering your Embassy petition.

Regulation of Embassies in Seviishima


Article I - About the Rights of the Embassy and their staff

All ambassadors, military personnel, staff will we screened before hand and have background, historical, physical revised. These will be applied within the first weeks of arrival. Periodical tests can be done at any time needed afterwards and will be random.
Failure to comply with the tests will mean an expulsion from the island.

All personnel will be barcoded, as to comply with our legislature in order to keep the Nation under a safety veil. However, ambassadors have the right to refuse such barcoding. Also, the ambassadors have all the right to track on the actions of their personnel. Upon leaving the island, said barcode will be removed promptly.

All ambassadors and diplomatic staff are offered full diplomatic immunity. This means that no embassy personnel (excluding service staff and any other domestically hired personnel) can be charged with a crime while in any of the 8 islands of Seviishima. However,Seviishima maintains the right to expel any members of the staff suspected of criminal activity and in some situations we may ask that nations waive their diplomatic immunity so that offenders can be prosecuted in our Country.

If there are signals of abuse from own own political, economical or security forces, these cases will be taken immediately to investigate so as to reach a quick resolving. However, if there are grave irregularities within the diplomatic staff and/or forces or accusations of espionage, the parties involved will be suspended and investigated.

Seviishima forces will not force, arrest, imprison or kill any foreign dignitaries or staff-members at all times, unless they threaten the integrity of the civilians of Seviishima or the Nation in question. However, if an investigation is on hand on one of the dignitaries, they will be promptly detained for investigation for a maximum of 2 weeks.

In the case of war between a Embassy holder and the Host Nation, the diplomats and staff have the option to be deported at the expense of the Embassy holder Nation, under an agreement by the Host and the Embassy. If there where a war within or among the 8 Islands of Seviishima and the Embassy deems it necessary, we oblige ourselves to use as many manners taken to bring security to the staff members within the Embassy. We cannot hold, however, responsible for damages or injuries caused by preemptive strikes, acts of terrorism, acts of god or other sudden, unforeseeable misfortune.

Article II - About the Location and Commodities of Embassies

All Embassies will be allocated within the perimeters of the 'International Frontier' , which is within the Island of New Island (Shin Shima). The International Frontier shall be referred on this Article as 'IF'.

Diplomats and Staff will be given a special 'Frontier Pass' which will allow entry with ease within any of the 5 buildings and the IF itself and will also allow them to access the database of transactions done within their Embassy. There are 2 types of Frontier Pass:

Gold - Reserved only for Ambassadors and special Diplomats. Allows them to access the database and the special rooms where vehicles and other commodities are stored.

Silver - Given to the Staff. Diplomats and Ambassadors are free to assign them to whom they seem fit, however they will need to ask the International Frontier Department (located in the center) for any modification in the number given or removed. They can also go to the IFD to relinquish their own Frontier Pass.

There are 5 buildings to host the Embassies from visitor countries within the IF. Said Countries should consider the commodities needed, number of staff and equipment which is to be brought into it's boundaries. The following are the buildings offered:

World Tower - It is the northernmost facility in the International Frontier, and has a direct path to it from the entrance. It is on a large, glass platform that elevates above all the other facilities, making it the head of the IF. This facility is one of the most executive and modern looking, proudly standing at 50 stories high. It offers underground storage big enough to store 5 vehicles per Embassy. The topmost part of the building has enough space to land up to 3 Helicopters and floor 35 has a sport centre and pool. It is excellent for those want a simple yet functional workplace with the needed commodities. There is a max of 20 diplomats and staff people and 40 security personnel.

Relationship Factory - It's located on the northeast corner of the International Frontier. The blue building itself gives away a much more futuristic air, with exhaust fans, fibber optics and pipes. There is a long, glass panel on the floor of the building adorning it, finishing it's cyberpunk design. The building offers a variety of virtual conference rooms, plasma-based electricity for a more efficient productivity and include the most advanced technology Seviishima can offer. This comes with a slight cost, as extra storage is not available and embassy rooms can only hold up to 5 people and 10 security personnel. No pets are allowed into the building. It is also the only building with a connection with Nanashima's Space Port.

Worldwide Arcade - Is a new facility located in the southeastern corner of the Battle Frontier. The building itself looks like a large tent, with articular domes, much like Saint Basil's Cathedral. It is the result of a need of expansion of the IF and the design itself was result of a contest done among prestigious architects on the Nation. A prominent landmark within the building is the 'News Wall' which is a wall formed by many television screens which show the information and announcements related to the nations within the building. Them flashing around on said patterns have achieved it the name of 'Arcade'. It is perfect for families as personnel within the Worldwide Arcade are instructed on their safe keeping and it's the only one that offers an area specifically meant for them. It can hold up to 30 people and 50 security personnel, making it one of the spaciest buildings within the IF. It can hold 10 compact vehicles and 5 motorbikes. Broadcasts can be done from this building as well.

Unity Castle - It is a facility located in the southwestern corner of the International Frontier. The Unity Castle, as its name suggests, is a huge castle, with elegant furniture on the floor and sparkling jewels on the wall. There is a golden carpet from the entrance to the battle ground. It is meant for monarchies and other royal affairs, although others may apply. It is the largest of all the facilities, holding easily 100 people (diplomats, staff and security), however, it is the one with less vacancies available.

Universal Hall - Is located in the northwestern corner of the International Frontier. It is unique from any other facility in the IF, as security is the most important feature within it. Special features allows for a complete check on the staff, security personnel and other aspects as required by the Embassy, as well as permits to visit it. It's a virtual fortress where every corner is checked to give the maximum security. It can lodge 20 diplomats, 20 staff and 20 security personnel, making it the most even of the buildings in the IF. Spaces for cars and other vehicles are upon consideration.

With a warrant directly from the Foreign Authority, Seviishima police force may search a chancery for undeclared weapons, vehicles, restricted substances, employees, etc. All undeclared objects may be confiscated and depending on the situation, the diplomatic mission may be expelled.

ALL WEAPONS MUST BE DECLARED UPON ENTRY TO SEVIISHIMA WITHOUT EXCEPTION. We ask that weapons are limited to one (1) per type per guard/soldier. Machine guns, all explosive devices (including rocket/grenade launchers, hand grenades (both lethal and non-lethal) and all manner of bombs) and armor-piercing weapons are all strictly prohibited and will immediately be confiscated. Sniper rifles and hand-to-hand weapon (including bladed weapons, staves, brass knuckles, etc.) requests will be dealt with on an individual basis. If you would like to bring such weapons, please justify your request in your application. All nuclear, chemical and biological weapons are absolutely forbidden and possession of such WMDs will result in deportation of the entire embassy staff and permanent expulsion from the embassy program.

We will permit the involved diplomatic parties to bring up to five (5) litres of alcohol into Seviishima tax-free without cultural or religious justification. However, if there is a need for more than the ones allowed, upon justification is given we allow the extra but only topping ten (10) litres. Without justification, drugs (some drugs, save those prescribed by an accredited doctor, may be illegal in all 8 islands of Seviishima. Please request information about the allowed substances.) are strictly prohibited. You must please provide a cultural and/or religious justification and your case will be considered. In all cases, security and other armed personnel are prohibited from ingesting restricted within and outside the premises.

Relatively small, domesticated animals (e.g., cats, small to medium-sized dogs, birds, fish, rodents) are permitted. However, these animals must be kept in the ambassador’s private quarters and never be permitted to wander the chancery. Please inform us of any history of aggression that diplomatic pets may have. Upon arriving to the Host nation, should a pet create a problem (e.g., excessive noise, destruction of property, aggressive behaviors) we will request that the pet be removed from the nation. Exotic and wild/feral animals are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to inspect the health of all animals entering our nation.

We do not condemn the capturing and Training of the magical creatures we call 'Pocket Monsters' by any of the diplomatic workers and/or staff, so long as they follow the rules and regulations on them. They cannot be 'captured' unless using a government approved device called 'Monster Ball'. These can be purchased almost anywhere within the 8 islands of Seviishima. Just like any animal, it is to be treated with utter care and respect. Failure to do so or being unable to control the creature, will be cause of forfeit on the rights on said creature. If you wish to take the captured creature with you, please contact the 'National Investigation and Protection of Wild Life Bureau' for more information on the procedures needed to do so. You must know that if your Nation denies the importation of said creature (ie. they are banned), it will not, under all circumstances, leave any point of the Island. The NIPWLB however can take care of it, under request, until the owners return. The owner can also release the creature if needed.

Regulation of Free Trade Agreements

The goal in a FTA to eliminate barriers of trade and investment between. This to make the transaction of goods and other materials in the best and most productive ways possible.
The following are the regulations for us to allow a FTA with your Nation:

All countries can request to have an FTA, so far as the product intended to trade doesn't affect the liftestyle and security of the Nation of Seviishima.

Upon holding an FTA with the Host-Nation, the Traded nation can request to expand the boundaries of Trade, so far as it is allowed by the Host.

If the nations holding a trade with the Host are to enter into a war with the Host, the FTA is cancelled immediately.

All foreign investment shall be regulated by the IRS of Seviishima, to ensure a fair trade and a flowing economy. If there are irregularities spotted, the accused business has 1 month to rectify. Failure to do so will earn a penalty. After 3 penalties are committed, the business will be banned.

The Agreeing countries can also demand for information regarding the flow of business from their national business, but cannot interfere on the regulations used on the Islands.

The Agreeing countries must abide by the Ecological standards and must dispose of their residues properly as it is required. Failure to do so will earn in a penalty and shut-down until said standards are met.

As the large Ambassador airliner circled the landing strip, the on lookers were treated to an aerial display. The large plane looked cumbersome but handled with ease. The bright red and tan paint scheme glistened in the afternoon sun.
"The Free Land Seviis New Island control this is DKV-512 Diplom Twelve on final approach. Please advise runway and any precautions, over."
The crowed could hear the twin Dakkers turbofan-7700 engines powering down for runway approach.
"Roger that Seviis New Island tower approach on runway two-five. This is Diplom Twelve touchdown in three.....two.... one......Down!"
The powerfull engines reved up to full then reversed thrust quickly to slow them down. Taxiing into the terminal facility was easy for the big plane. Captain Radolfous opend the window and waved to all the crowed, while Brining the plane to a perfect photo op location. As the egress ramp was droped, the huge engines revolved slowly to a stop.
