The Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes ^[1], commonly known as the Dual Empire or the Anago-Yohannesian Monarchy, is an imperial union ^[2] between the crown of the House of Hamengkubuwono within the Kingdom of Yohannes located in the region of Europa and the sovereignty of Anagonia in Tyrrhenia. The union was a result of the Imperial and Confederacy Compromise, under which the economic, military, and demographic total population of both sovereignties are shared under one union of an Imperial and Royal Monarchy (Kaiserliche und Königliche Monarchie) ^[3]. Over the past ten years, the Dual Imperial Monarchy has emerged as one of the many major powers ^{[4][5][6][7][8][9]} with strong cultural, economic, military and political influence in Europa, and in the world.

The Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes is a federal parliamentary empire of twenty-five constitutional monarchies and seven constituent states. It is consisting of four Kingdoms, six Grand-Duchies, four Duchies, ten Principalities, seven constituent states, and one imperial territory. The Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes is supervised by a bicameral parliamentary system (Dewan Federal or Upper House of Lord and Parlemen Elektif or Elective Lower Parliament), governed by a federal government led by both the First Minister and Federal President of Parliament.

It is represented internationally by a figurative head of state with the official title of Kaisar Dua Kekaisaran or Emperor of the Dual Empire. The King-Emperor (Indonesian : Raja-Kaisar) is recognised constitutionally as a figurative Head of State of the Imperial and Royal Sovereignty. The federal seat of goverment of the Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes is currently located in the Grand Duchy of of Java and the State of Lexington.

A census occurs simultaneously throughout the Imperial and Royal Monarchy every eight years. The Imperial Office of Registry is the responsible institution to census the population of the Dual-Empire. At the most recent census, the total population of the Anago-Yohannesian Monarchy was 14,763,904,554, or 14.764 billion ^[4][5].

The most recent annual economic report presented the Gross Domestic Product in terms of Purchasing Power Parity of the Imperial and Royal Monarchy at $541.74 trillion ^[4][5]. The nominal Gross Domestic Product is $548.03 trillion ^[4][5], while the average wealth per capita, or Gross Domestic Product per capita of the Imperial and Royal sovereignty is approximately $39,027 in PPP and $39,480 in nominal ^[4][5]. The official exchange currency of the Anago-Yohannesian Monarchy is the Yohannesian Rupiah (¥), with a current official exchange rate value to the Universal Standard Dollar of ¥1 = $1.9055 ^[5]. The Reserve Bank of Indonesia is the central bank of both constituent countries, responsible for issuing currency and denominations of the Yohannesian Rupiah.

In foreign affairs relation, a simultaneous move towards isolationism throughout the late 20th century and early 21st century has been indicated throughout the Imperial and Royal Monarchy, with approximately one out of three of its population out of the most recent official government poll, choosing a more isolationist stance towards the Dual-Empire's foreign and international relations, to preserve its peaceful international reputation. The land mass of the constituent state of Anagonia varies in its beauty. To the east great plains dominate the scenery. In the center of three states in the eastern mass lies the Saratoga National Forest which houses a huge amount of forest preserve. In the center protected almost fully on all sides is Lake Richard, fed by the mighty Tiberius River. To the north of the Tiberius River is the beginning of the August Ocean which surrounds Tempest Island.

Tempest Island lays between the eastern mass and the August Ocean, notable for Mount Tempest which rises just a thousand feet above sea level. A natural forest surrounds the dormant volcano supporting a variety of wildlife. Most of the cities lay to the east of the island where the land is a bit more suitable for construction. Everything to the west is mostly uninhabitable with the exception of a military installation. Further west the Edgar Islands signal the start of the Anagonian Bay.

The western land mass is mostly plains and almost cut off by the Southern Bay, which tangles within it the Lucifer Islands. In the center of the western mass are two great mountain ranges. The first, furthermost to the west, is Mount Liberty. It rises over twenty thousand feet sporting a healthy white cap. To the south east Mount Liberty ends abruptly cut off through the middle where the Orgath Mountain Range begins. Five peaks march southward down the range, each progressively lowering in size from the dominant skyline view of Mount Liberty. Surrounding the well produced Mount and Range is the Wan'To National Forest, which ends gracefully surrounding Lake Poko to the south east.

The constituent state of Yohannes is located in the northwestern part of Europa, with its territory covering 704,981 km², of which 661,977 km² are land and 43,004 km² are water. Yohannes shares maritime border to the east with the nation of Tagmatium and Tal Shiar, and maritime border to the south with the nation of Machina Haruspex. The geographical terrain component in majority of Yohannes is flat, mostly to the north, with a somewhat hilly terrain more or less around the central area of the nation due to the allocation of Gunung Merapi, and a plainy region further in its southern area. Yohannes's coastline in length is 51,652 km (32,092 mi).

The climate of the constituent state pf Yohannes is that of the temperate climate zone. Winters are not that particularly cold in Yohannes, with the general mean temperatures in January and February at 0.1 °C. The summers particularly, are comparatively cool with a general mean temperature around August and September of 15.9 °C. Due to Yohannes's geographical proximity and location in Europa, the length of sunlight during the day varies greatly. Short days of which sunrise comes around 8:30am and sunset at 3:30pm can generally be found upon, while the opposite of a long summer days of which the sunrise comes at around 4:30am and sunset at 10pm can be found upon as well. As a part of the national tradition and cultural celebration, the longest and shortest day are celebrated upon, with the name of "Hari Dari Tuhan", which literally in translation means "The Day From Heaven (or God)."

Yohannes, with its consecutive ruling government in office, has generally taken a long and historical strong stance against the destructiveness inflicted upon nature by polluting entity, whether it be industries or resource exploitation. In 2001, the contituent state established a Ministry of Domestic Environment, which was tasked with the prevention of the degradation in terms of flora and fauna of the collective biological array of living species within the territory of the Kingdom of Yohannes. With the establishment and ramification of the Responsibility Environmental Act of July 2009, the burden of environmental preservation has been in general transferred to each individual entity of various commercial and industrial organisation in conjunction to the territorial area of the Kingdom the said entity wishes to traversed and explored upon. It would eventually spread, to become a Federal level ministry, which includes the constituent state of Anagonia within its scope.

This meant that the burden of environmental preservation in terms of finance has mostly been transferred to the private sectors, with a huge reducement of corporate and commercial tax and various environmental subsidies being given as an incentive to any industries or commerce entities to further improve and increase their environmental practise standard in order to reach the goal of the preservation of its' flora and fauna as much as possible.

Under the guidance of of the 1987 Imperial Constitution, the Dual Imperial Monarchy has emerged as a united sovereign nation and an economic major power. Following the unification of the two economies, various trade barriers were lifted between the two economies, and a single custom union was established simultaneously. Following its unification in 1987, annual economic growth within the Dual Imperial Monarchy progressed rapidly, with the existence of a new single economic base and the abolition of all form of economic restriction(s) between the constituent countries to create a single national economy.

Solid economic growth and a responsible market regulatory and government fiscal policy throughout the late 20th century has paved the foundation for a solid economic expansion, both domestically and regionally. By the late 1990s, the Dual Imperial Monarchy has become one of the five largest national economy in Europa ^[4][5], and one of the three largest exporter ^[4][5] and five largest importer ^[4][5] of goods, regionally. During the late 20th century Yohannesian nationalism rapidly shifted from its liberal and democratic character in 1948, called Pan-Indonesianism to Javanese first minister Donata Setyoutomo’s "Javanism". Donata sought to extend the Kingdom of Java's hegemony throughout the Indonesian states; to do so meant unification of the Indonesian states and the elimination of Yohannes’s rival, Manifests, from the subsequent empire. He envisioned a conservative, Javanese-dominated federation of kingdom.

Three wars led to military successes and helped to persuade the various Indonesian states to unite under the banner of the Kingdom of Java: the Second War of Riau against Mindemoya in 1982, the Manifest-Javanese War against Manifests in 1984 and the Jonre-Javanese War against Jonre in 1986-87. During the Siege of Surabaya in 1987, the western Indonesian states, supported by its Indonesian allies from outside of the west alliance (excluding Manifests), formed the Unitary Indonesian Empire with the proclamation of the Javanese king Hamengkubuwono I of Yohannes as Indonesian Emperor.

The Indonesian Emperor (Indonesian: Kaisar orang Indonesia) was the official title of the Head of State and ruler of the Indonesian Empire of Yohannes, beginning with the proclamation of Hamengkubuwono I as emperor on 8 April 1987 at the VOC Palace.

The title "Indonesian Emperor" was carefully chosen by first minister Donata Setyoutomo after discussion until (and after) the day of the proclamation. Hamengkubuwono I of Java-Yohannes accepted this title grudgingly as he would have preferred "Emperor of Indonesia" which was however, unacceptable to the federated monarchs, and would also have signalled a claim to lands outside of his reign within the region of Indonesia (Mindemoya, Manifests, Jonre etc.). The title Emperor of the Indonesians, as proposed in 1987, was ruled out as he considered himself chosen "By the Grace of God", not by the people as in a democratic republic.

Donata himself prepared a broad outline - the 1984 West Indonesian Constitution, which became the 1987 Imperial Constitution with some adjustments. The empire acquired some democratic features. The new empire had a parliament with two houses. The lower house, or Parlemen Elektif, was elected by a comprehensive universal voting system throughout the empire. However, the original constituencies drawn in 1987 were never redrawn to reflect the growth of urban areas. As a result, by the time of the great expansion of Yohannesian cities in the 2000s and 2010s, rural areas were grossly overrepresented.

Following the defeat of the Indonesian Empire in the hand of the coalition of nations led by New Urcea and Holy Roman Confederate in the Terra Novan Regional War of 2006, the Indonesian Empire was disbanded as a political entity, and the then emperor of the Indonesian Empire, Emperor Rajino Hamengkubuwono I was dethroned from power. The House of Hamengkubuwono was consequently and simultaneously reduced in status to that from an 'Imperial and Royal House' to a 'Royal House' personification. Following the conclusion of the armistice and surrender of Yohannes, the son of Rajino Hamengkubuwono, Chandra Hamengkubuwono became the new cerenomial Head of State of the newly designated Kingdom of Yohannes, with the official title of 'King of Yohannes'.

Following the agreement of the Imperial and Confederacy Compromise of 2010, signed by the President of the Confederate States of Anagonia, Jason Paladin, and the then Emperor of the Indonesian Empire of Yohannes, Rajino Hamengkubuwono I, the Dual-Empire, also known as the Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes was officially proclaimed as a single national entity. The House Hamengkubuwono, the Royal House of the ruling family within the Kingdom of Yohannes, ruled as King of Yohannes and Emperor of Anagonia, guided in principal and constitution under the 1987 Imperial Constitution of the Joint-Imperial Confederacy. Both sovereignties (Anagonia and Yohannes) has the right of self-government and representations in Joint-Affairs, stated under the list of article and clause of the Imperial and Confederacy Compromise, principally in Foreign Affairs and Joint-Defence.

The two capitals of the sovereignties are Jakarta for Yohannes and New Liberty for Anagonia. As a multi-ethicity empire and as one of the many international major powers in an era of regional nationalism and political self-awakening, the Dual Empire find that its political decisions are frequently disputed amongst the five principal ethnic goups within the Empire. The Monarchy bears the name internationally as "King-Emperor of Anagonia-Yohannes, which in full officially means the "The Kingdom and Land Represented by the Descendant of God in Heaven, King of Yohannes and Emperor of Anagonia.

There are three distinct elements within the Imperial and Royal Monarchy, more commonly known internationally as the Dual Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes, or simply Anagonia-Yohannes. A common general foreign, military, and joint-financial policy under the ruling monarch and imperial dual-government. The second element is the constituent government of Anagonia, and the third is the constituent government of Yohannes itself. The system works in a way that the constituent sovereignties of Anagonia and Yohannes acquire constitutionally their own separate parliaments, each with its own head of governments under a union of monarch which, in theory, wield absolute power, but limited in actual practise. The constituent sovereignties' common government shares the responsibility of the maintenance of the army, air force, navy, foreign policies, and common customs union.

The Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes or Indo-Anagonian Empire, also known as the Dual Empire, is an imperial union between the crowns of the Indonesian Empire of Yohannes in Europa and the sovereignty of Anagonia in Tyrrhenia. The union was a result of the Imperial and Confederacy Compromise of 2010, under which the economic, military, and demographic total population of both sovereignties are shared under one union of a Dual-Imperial system (Dual-Empire and/or or Dual-Monarchy). This symbiotic relationship allows the two nations to act as one in many affairs, including but not limited to incorporating economic and population numbers into a final statistic. It also extends to both countries using the full combined military strength in hostile or peacekeeping situations.

While it needs to be mentioned the conditions outlined within the Articles of Statehood act for the Indo-Anagonian Empire, the case where the two nations agreed to such a union is quite exceptional. Special exceptions had to be drafted by both Legislative Branches of both Nations to compensate for the newly formed powerhouse of a nation. That of ensuring sovereignty was respected and ensuring that the world understood the strength of the unity between the two combined nations.

The National Army re-organisation was being put into effect following the union with the Confederate States of Anagonia, with main focus being placed in the development of a trully professional army and land formation, and the abandonment of the outdated conscript practise of the Indonesian Empire of Yohannes. Following the union with Anagonia, and the subsequent formation of the Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes, a serious re-organisation of the army was needed. The result was the retainment of a professional standing force of ten land divisions, with emphasis being made in quality, and not quantity of the said coalition of formation. There are currently 10 active professional standing land divisions of the Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes. The goverment of the Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes allocated an estimated ¥546,412.16 (not converted to Universal Standard Dollar yet) worth of training and equipment of its military budget per men.

His Majesty Land Defence Force (HMLDF) is the armed ground force (army) of the Dual Imperial Monarchy of Anagonia-Yohannes, or the Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes. It is the smallest of all the three services within His Majesty Armed Defence Force, consisting entirely of professional standing armed personnel and non-combat formation. It operates under the command of His Majesty Chief of Ground Staff General Bambang Sariawan Hadjikusumo, with its office based in the capital city of the kingdom, Jakarta. His Majesty Land Defence Force is also insubordinated to the Ministry of Defence of the Kingdom and the Confederacy's Vice Presidency Office.

There are currently a total of ten land formations within the tactical organisation of HMLDF. These consists of the 1st Helghaz (Armoured), 2nd Helghaz, 6th Helghaz, 7th Mechanised, 9th Mechanised, 11th Helghaz, 15th Helghaz, 17th Mechanised, 19th Mechanised, and 21st Airborne Divisions. The size of one division is approximately between 19,000-20,000 men. His Majesty Maritime Defence Force (HMMDF) is the maritime armed defence force (navy) of the Dual Imperial Monarchy of Anagonia-Yohannes, or the Empire of Anagonia-Yohannes. Articles of Statehood

PREAMBLE

On this day the 4th of December, 84 After Great Slumber has the leaders of the Confederate States of Anagonia and the Indonesian Empire of Yohannes come together to draft and create these Articles of Statehood from which shall protect all Nations Sovereignty wishing to partake in the benefits and protection of the Confederate States and thereafter any Civilization holding the name of Anagonia. That therefore these Articles shall ensure the rights and traditions of these peoples while they subject themselves to the rights of the Constitution of the Confederate States and the protections and enforcement of the Armed Forces of Anagonia ensured and regulated by the Articles of the Armed Forces of the Confederacy. Nations choosing to become states within the Confederate States of Anagonia and hereafter any Civilization of Anagonia shall abide and be obligated totally and without exception to ARTICLE II - MILITARY and ARTICLE III - RIGHTS AND LAWS within the CONSTITUTION of the CONFEDERATE STATES, with exception to all other written articles to ensure a proper respect of said member-nations government, that therefore said nation must also recognize the ARTICLES of the ARMED FORCES of the CONFEDERACY as permitted and as relevant to ARTICLE II - MILITARY within the CONSTITUTION of the CONFEDERATE STATES. Nations choosing to become states within the Confederate States of Anagonia and hereafter any Civilization of Anagonia shall be considered Sovereign in their own rights. That therefore the only obligation of a Member-nation shall be full compliance to Article I - Constitutional Obligations of Member Nations as thereby written in these ARTICLES OF STATEHOOD. That therefore the Civilization of Anagonia has no right to annex nor take over any institutions held and/or created by these Sovereign member nations or any institution or any program or any thereafter entity. That thereby so long as they abide by ARTICLE I within these ARTICLES OF STATEHOOD shall these rights of Sovereignty be held compliant. That therefore any non-compliance with any part of these written laws and rights shall mean the termination of statehood and protection by said military. That therefore all member-nations shall allow Anagonian Armed Forces in their territories to fully protect and enforce civil protection as obligated by these ARTICLES OF STATEHOOD. As its name implied, the Dual Imperial Monarchy do stand for the "Imperial and Royal Monarchy", with Anagonia signifying the Imperial title, and Yohannes as a kingdom signifying the Royal title. Moreover, the position of His Imperial and Royal Majesty Hamengkubuwono II as de-facto Head of State of the two political entities, with the official title of His Imperial and Royal Majesty... King of Yohannes and Emperor of Anagonia, meant that the two lands represented by the grace of the Imperial and Royal House of Hamengkubuwono is united under one leadership, more or less.

His Imperial and Royal Majesty Rajino Hamengkubuwono is the sole and final authority as to the individual with the responsibility and priviledge to appoint ministers and dissolve parliaments, etc.

The Ministry of Social Development was a bureaucratic Imperial and Royal Federal level ministerial department established in 1987 following the Dual Imperial Monarchy's unification. It was established with the portfolio responsibility of, in the broadest general term, the maintenance of national Social Equality and Welfare. It does not correspond however, with the field of national healthcare, where national healthcare is the sole responsibility of another separate federal level Imperial and Royal Ministry of Healthcare.

It is not a uniform body of bureacuracy in a way that there are both a Federal level Social Development Ministry, with insubordinated Social Development Ministries of the two constituent countries (Anagonia and Yohannes). The two constituent countries' Social Development Ministry has their own unique characteristics and are not uniform in any way at all, albeit they are insubordinated to the Federal level Imperial and Royal Miistry of Social Development.

Chief amongst the many priorities of the Social Development Ministry are the preservation of social welfare monetary pool, a federal reserve of monetary fund allocated exclusively to the field of social welfare, and public equality programme9s).
