History

The Holy Empire of New Armarzia originally was the Armarzian Empire which was based off the ancient empire of Rome. After a large nation split up into many smaller countires, most of them reunited to reform an empire. The nation adopted The Armarz Orthodox Church as its main religion, but due to language and translation there is controversy to this day. The only competing power was the Nemorilian Monarchy which was made up of countries that united east of Armarzia . The two nations entered into a large war (WW2 technology). Armarzia lost and was conquered, except for its over sea colonies.

Over a course of ten years the colonies stockpiled military supplies. They invaded and with the help of resistance forces Armarzia was re-conquered (1950s). Due to the belief that Amarzia fell because of sin, the people renamed it The Holy Empire of New Armarzia. A monarchy was set up, the colonies rejoined the empire and New Armarzia focused on religion and security/military. Because of rising tension New Armarzia and its colonies invaded The Nemorilian Monarchy. They won the war which drastically reduced Nemorilian strength. Both New Armarzia and the Nemorilian Monarchy (Renamed Nemorilian Democracy) reformed their governments to be democratic. They formed a pact known as the Olive Pact which made the two nation political, military, and economic partners.

After ten years one prime minister proved to be exceptional and was elected as a monarch. The government was reformed and the nation entered economic prosperity. During this kings reign The Sapphire Coast was given land to form a nation, which New Armarzia invested in to improve both economies. The Sapphire Coast soon joined the Olive Pact.

The Monarch's daughter took over, but she caused an economic disaster. An ethnic minority in the Nemorilian Democracy who's people were oppressed gathered support in New Armarzia. He took power in New Armarzia and formed the first Armarzian dictatorship. He had full support of the people and made New Armarzia an economic powerhouse. The dictator then conquered the areas in The Nemorilian Democracy that were heavy in his ethnicity with the help of The Sapphire Coast (Vietnam era Technology). This conflict ended the Olive Pact.

The Sapphire Coast and The People's Republic of Nemoril (nation established when dictator conquered these areas in The Nemorilain Democracy) formed The Barithian Confederation. This organization was designed to help solve international disputes, provide aid and force when needed.

Within three years of the formation of Nemoril, both New Armarzia and The Nemorilain Democracy sent agents to infiltrate the government of Looneytown. After a violent year of assassinations, riots, and newly formed gang violence; The Nemorilian agents found a leak and assassinated every Armarzian agent, removing all traces of Armarzian involvement. This proved to be good because the Confederation sent troops after learning of the Nemorilian involvement, but did not blame Armarzia for lack of evidence. The Confederation troops took over even though they were outnumbered and the enemy was assisted by Nemorilian Special Forces. This impressed New Armarzia and they decided to join The Barithian Confederation. After two years of reforming the Looneytown government, Looneytown joined the confederation.

Five years late the church gathered enough support and overthrew the dictator. During the reign of the church the economy slowly fell, but northern territories were conquered because of the high amount of Armarz Orthodox temples and artifacts in the area. A navy admiral who noticed the church breaking rules and going away from its spirituality gathered support. People saw him as a prophet and helped the military take over. Beorhtryth, the navy admiral, is still in power and is stilled believed to be a prophet. He is in charge along with two admirals in the navy and one general from the army and marines who serve as advisors. City governments are run democratically.

The Holy Empire of New Armarzia has a good economy, but is very uneducated. People are given minimum education and are sent to one of the three occupational areas, but also must serve the military when called upon because of this people are required to go to military practice once a month. People who do very well in education go into further schooling in Nemoril for military or South Armarzia for business. There is 46% income tax rate, but most necessities provided to the citizens in the form of credits. These credits can be used to purchase things that are necessities.

New Armarzia has 5 regions. Beorhtrople's capitol is Amartan, the nation's capitol New Beorhtrople is also in the region. Lexenstein is the capitol of Central Armarzia and is the only major city in the area. New Styrax is the capitol of East Armarzia and is famous for the amount of terrorism and war-like feel in the cities. Berchentan is the military base in the Northern territories, it serves as a capitol and is the only base to house all branches of military. Silver Coast is the largest city in New Armarzia and is the capitol of The Southern Coast.

The Armarzian military is split into six sectors: army, navy, marines, Special Operatives, Space Defense, and Internal Security. The army serves as a defensive force and occasionally helps the marines in offense. The basic army soldier is in elite armor that protects from some explosion and shrapnel. They are armed with M16A4 rifle, M4 carbine, Sako TRG rifle, M249 Light Machine Gun, FIM-92 Stinger, and Glock 39. The army uses mainly heavy armor and equipment, it is designed to not lose ground and often deploys heavy armor to assist marines in tough situations.

The Armarzian Marines are an offensive force. They are equipped with M16A4 rifle, M4 carbine, Sako TRG rifle, M249 Light Machine Gun, FIM-92 Stinger, and Glock 39. The marines are either deployed in Armarzian colonies as security and defense or they are deployed to battlefields to lead the way to victory. The marines rely heavily on helicopters and is considered highly mobile.

The Armarzian Navy is in charge of all air (excluding helicopters) and sea. It is also the home of the Naval Office of Intelligence and Logistics NOIL is used to infiltrate other nations and their own by assassination and bribery, they are in charge of all classified topics. The navy would be considered small compared to most nations and especially compared to its population. It consists of 3 fleets. The navy's air equipment can be considered highly advanced, almost solely using drones for all air support.

The Special Operations branch is in charge of all elite groups that are above the normal soldier. These groups include the Armarzian Ghosts, the Royal Vanguard, Army Imperials, Marine Spears, Navy Vipers, and the foreign legion. The Armarzian Ghosts are the best of the best in New Armarzia. They are trained at the age of 15 and do not officially become apart of them till the age of 21. The Ghosts are in charge of all Black Ops, training and organizing foreign allied forces, and elite covert operations that the average soldier could not accomplish. The Royal Vanguard is an elite force of soldiers that excel in urban combat and is considered the guards of the High Admiral. The Army Imperials are made up of the top army soldiers and are a very mobile force designed to go support weak defenses where needed. The Marine Spears are the first soldiers to go in and are often deployed in difficult situations. The Navy Spears are deployed before the Spears when invading overseas. These men go directly from the navy fleet to the shore to make military landing more possible for the marines. The last group, the foreign legion, is similar to ghosts. They often assist ghosts on their missions. The legion employs foreign civilians and boast squads with many diverse skills and tactics.

Terrorism
The least dangerous of the terrorist groups in Armarzia are the democratic terrorists. They are made up of South Armarzians and Sapphirians who Armarzia to become democratic. They focus nearly all violence in the nation's capitol with weekly attacks.

The next dangerous group is the monarch terrorists. They are the supporters of the descendants of the New Armarzian king and queen. They are the smallest in number but because large funding they are heavily equipped. Their attacks are spread all across the nation.

The church terrorists are zealous people who want the church in charge of New Armarzia. They are dangerous because of their weekly suicide bombings in military bases.

The most dangerous terrorist group is the Nemorilian terrorists. They are the largest, best trained, and best equipped. They are more similar to special forces groups then terrorists (due to the large amount of Nemorilian ex-special forces in the group). They infiltrated most city governments in the East to help smuggle weapons and more terrorists into the eastern cities. These terrorists are better fighters then all Armarzian forces other then Vanguards and Ghosts. Due to their almost hourly attacks, most eastern cities are turned into war-zones and can very well be considered one of the most dangerous places in the world due to the high death rates, kidnappings, and robberies.
