The Armada of Naked Seamen of Waterlords is a huge, economically powerful nation, renowned for its complete lack of prisons. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 3.3 billion are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Religion & Spirituality. It meets every day to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Fort Magwapohun. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 92%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Arms Manufacturing.

Waterlords has become a gigantic dustbowl filled with tourists and mean desperados, atheists are heavily taxed, citizens must have a license to operate a computer, and postmen have been arrested in job lots for selling junk mail as home insulation. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is totally unknown, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Waterlords's national animal is the tarsier, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the Waterloo.

WATERLORDS GEOGRAPHY

The Waterlords is an archipelago of 300 islands with a total land area, including inland bodies of water, of approximately 2,500,000 square kilometers. It is located between 110° 25', and 210° 39' E. longitude and -4° 40' and 38° 12' N latitude of a certain world. Fort Magwapohun, named after its founder King Magwapohun is the capital city of Waterlords and is located South West of Pacificus Oceanusis Estebedi Region.

Waterlords enjoys tropical weather except to the regions of Atlanticusis Oceanusis Eskemberli where it is always winter and the Indianusis Oceanusis Eskempertush which has a humid climate and a temperature that can reach 45°C. The Highest Mountain is Mount Jumbo which measures approximately 25,000 meters above sea level and is located in upper part of Pacificusis Oceanusis Estebedi. The longest river is the one who is inside the region of POE and it is really long that we still don't have measurement of it.

ABNERIAN (Waterlords Colony) and 7 OTHER COLONIES

The Abnerian is a colony of Waterlords from a still unknown island. Admiral Gun Ki is the first governor of the said colony but later faced a court martial due to conquering an already claimed land, his son Admira Gun Ki Jr. later become the next governor of the colony. Before Admiral Ki left the Abnerian, he was able to maintain peace to the land, secure from threats and expand its territory.

Admiral Gun Ki Jr. is currently working on conquering another colony.*

NEW JOBERT


New Jobert is derived from the name of Grand Admiral Jobert of Waterlords Grand Naval Fleet. It is located in the most western part of the continent of Meria Aris. The local government of New Jobert are still searching for possible resources they can get from the area.

HISTORY


The Magwapohun Era

The origin of Waterlords can be traced to the region called "Kadagat-Dagating Lugaring na Maraming Saging" of Dakulaonunun country, ruled by Emperor Nobita. During Emperor Nobita's reign, all of his territory are relatively in peace even though they have been in long war against the pirates of all sides of the country. He then divide the country into 8 separate regions, (with different names of course) to be ruled by his 8 children. After the Emperor dies, all of his children then got into disputes on who will be the next rightful leader of the vast country. Our founding father, King Magwapohun, the youngest of all children, then decides to conquer the Dakulaonunun country including its allies using his small region of Kadagat-Dagating Lugaring na Marmaing Saging. He and his men then starts swimming and running to all territories of Dakulaonunun to conquer, using the resources from each land to build his forces. And after 2 years of invation and hardwork, King Magwapohun was able to conquer the whole country. His sisters and brothers has been kept into a separate island so that they will not cause any more trouble to the new found country (The royal family bloodlines still lives today and are still kept in the same island). The way he conquered his mother country is remarkable, swimming from place to place and appearing in one territory to another has brought fear to neighboring countries thus earning their nickname: "Water Lords". And after several years of reign, King Magwapohun got bored and then decided to conquer other countries all by himself. Giving his last words, "Forever Attack!". (which became the national motto of Waterlords until it was changed)

The Water Nomads Dynasty

During Magwapohun Dynasty, several rulers lead the country, until one day, King Pok Nat's reign was shorthanded as the Waterlords has lost its territory from the south (now Southernusis Oceanusis Eklabu). The Waterlords tried to fought back and it was successful as they regained their authority over the land. Not knowingly, the pirates just wanted to attack from the North. As there where only little guards defending the north, it was quickly conquered. And it is only a matter of time before the pirates reach the capital of Waterlords. The pirates dethroned King Pok Nat and was executed by jumping off the plank. This defeat was the first known Naval Associated defeat to the Waterlords and was later named as "The Great Leap, for the Pirates". But because the Waterlords is so beautiful and lots of gold, the pirates then just decided to live on the country. This has become the start of the Water Nomads Dynasty.

Waterlords has become the most popular pirate pit stop in the world at that time. It was the darkest time of Waterlords history as the pirates has no political skill to control over its territories, bringing its citizen to suffer. Slaved and oppression become largely popular and chaos can be seen all over the place. Some Waterlordians escaped the country and some become nomads just to survive.

The Lousy Dynasty

The pledging Waterlordians was able to reached the island where the royal family was living. They begged the family to lead them and reclaim Waterlords. The royal family are generous and kind enough that they quickly forgive the people and then created a plan on how to fight off the pirates. As a great boat maker are the Waterlordians, they were able to build faster boats by only using the winds. Using these boats, the royal family, together with the people, secretly set sail during the night and appearing in every town, proclaiming the return of the rightful rulers of Waterlords. They created some kind of freedom fighters, and equipped themselves to prepare for the battle against the pirates. With the popular support on their side, the battle between Waterlordians and pirates began. They were able to overthrow the pirates and a great celebration was held. The Waterlordians are so grateful to their saviors that they gladly help the royal family gain political control over the country. Peace was once again restored, military was rebuild and the threat from pirates are now gone.

The Golden Face Dynasty

After several years of Monarchy in Waterlords, the army, especially the navy become too powerful that Admiral Jobert and other conspirators staged a coup. The war end quickly but it is also the most peaceful of all transition considering the history. This is called the Oxnard Invasion. The monarchs are once again got thrown to their island. The military now got the total control over Waterlords. Private corporations are banned, nudity become compulsory, and the budget for the military and technology got bigger. Early years of the dynasty has proved to be chaotic but the government later regained their control. The economy also got better and the Waterlords are now living in a peaceful military rule. It was later that the people appreciate what their guardians and now masters have done.

Human resources of Waterlords generally looks like Asian. They are very good in water and have a vibrant personality. Having a monarch history, Waterlords have societal hierarchy that still exist today.

As the highest class in Waterlordian society, the Guardians and Masters Class have more privileges, more rights, more exemptions, more power and more discounts. They control both the government and economy of Waterlords but must ensures freedom and territorial integrity of Waterlords. Only high ranking officials of FAFW are allowed to vote on who will be the next Commander-in-Chief and they also have a special judicial power to execute or sentence criminals. They are also exempted from compulsory nudity due to their access to government and military boats and more budgets. Being in this class give both prestige and responsibility to the members. Masters Class members is 26.72% of the current national population.

The Elites or Scholars Class has no control over the government and economy of Waterlords. But they do have some more privileges enjoyed than the Commoners. Some of the FAFW Enginners Corps are also from this class so the society must respect the members. The elites are the second priority in terms of government services (almost the same as the Guardians but with lower funds). To be a member in this class, you must have at least an I.Q. of 130+, and practice the professions like Doctors, Scientists, Chemists, and Engineers. National artists are also member of this class and the members of the top 20 film superstars are also included. Members of the Waterlords National Teams are also belong to this class but only if they are active and mos importantly, winning. The non-winning athletes, as we call it: The Losers, may be expelled from the team and the class, thus giving him the lowest Waterlordian Societal Rank, and are candidates to be thrown to Exile Island where they can meet our beloved pet, Godzilla. The Elites Class has 14.63% members from the total Waterlordian population

Members of the Waterlords Police Force are also included in this class. They too must obey the Masters class.

As what their class stated, members of this class are the common Waterlordian. Others call it the Mainland Waterlordians due to the fact that they are still counted in the statistics. But the true Mainland Waterlordians also included the Masters and Elites classes, thus members of the higher class usually calls them: "The Human Resources". All laws apply to them and they should follow the rule or else. They are probably the most relaxed class as they only have to go on to their lives but they still have to contribute to the government by working hard, loving the government and the Commander-in-Chief and volunteering their children to join the FAFW. You will know who are the commoners because they are naked. And it is legal. (We like swimming you know) 41.35% of all Waterlordians belong to Commoners class.

The Losers Class is obiously the lowest of all Waterlordian Societal Class. The members are candidates for or already in Exile Island being closely guarded by Godzilla and Waterlords Jail Management Force. The Losers are the human resources who fail the expectation of the Waterlords from them. They can be athletes who fail to win even a single medal, colonized people who still rebel, rebel groups, political enemies, pirates, and criminals. Losers who are being thrown to the Exile islands are those who were considered to have a great threat to the government.

Mainland Waterlordians are not racists nor practicing slavery but the current system of Waterlords Societal Hierarchy must be implemented. It is deeply rooted in their history and culture. But the good news is, Waterlords are becoming more and more civilized and their barbaric nature are slowly fading away. Today, the losers can now work for the Waterlordian, they can hide their status (unless asked by a member of the Masters Class). Some rights also been given to them to protect them from physical maltreatment and insults. They still have to follow the law governing the Commoners Class. They can become Commoners if they prove that they are an asset to the government. Losers class is consist of 17.11% of the current national population.

FOREVER ATTACKING FORCES OF WATERLORDS (FAFW)

The Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords (FAFW) is composed of its 5 Main Branches: W Grand Naval Fleet, W Groun Forces, W Air Terror Command, W Secret and Not Secret Ninja Corp and FAFW Engineeers Corp. The FAFW has a total strength of approximately 3-4% of the total Waterlords citizen. Lead by the Commander-in-Chief and also the current position of the Waterlords' Head-of State.


5 FAFW MAIN BRANCHES:

1. Waterlords Grand Naval Fleet
2. Waterlords Ground Forces
3. Waterlords Air Terror Command
4. Waterlords Secret and Not Secret Ninja Corp
5. FAFW Engineers Corp

These five major branches are unified under a Chief of Staff who is also the Deputy of the CIC, who normally holds the rank of General/Admiral. The five major branches are each headed by an officer with the following titles: Grand Admiral of the Waterlords Navy (WGNF), Commanding General of Ground Forces (WGC) , Supreme Air Commander of the Air Force (WATC), Grand Master Shinobi (WSNSNC) and Master Engineer (FAFW EC).


UNIFIED COMMANDS:
Units from these five services may be assigned to one of several "Unified Commands", which are multi-service, regional entities.

1. Central Command (CECOM) - Fort Abner
2. East Command (ECOM) - Fort Magwapohun
3. North Atlantic Command (NACOM) - Fort Edward
4. West Command (WECOM) - Fort Jobert
5. South East Command (SEACOM) -Fort Douglass
6. South West Command (SWCOM) - Fort Anton

WATERLORDS GRAND NAVAL FLEET (WGNF)

The Waterlords Grand Naval Fleet (WGNF) is the naval arm of the Armada of Naked Seamen of Waterlords. WGNF Ships are prefixed: "WLS" which means "Waterlords Ships!!!!". Admiral Jobert is now the Grand Admiral of WGNF, he is also the Acting Foreign Relation Officer of Waterlords. WGNF is also the more priority and has the biggest budget allocation among all branches of FAFW. They are also in command of the Waterlords Special Warfare Group (WSWG). (a counterpart for the marines and the navy seal of US)

Under the FAFW structure, the Commander-in-Chief, a 5 star admiral or general, is the most senior military officer. The senior naval officer is the Grand Admiral (GA), together with his or her counterparts from Army, Air Force, Ninjas and Engineers, is junior only to the Chief of Staff who is the second in command in Waterlords. The GA is solely responsible for the administration and operational status of the Naval command. They protect the maritime territory of Waterlords, conquer another territory, and hunt down their mortal enemy. the pirates.

As a naval nation. WGNF got the most advance naval equipments and vessels you can think of. They also have their Air support consist of helicopters and bomber planes.

WATERLORDS SPECIAL WARFARE GROUP (WSWG)

The Waterlords Special Warfare Group (WSWG) is the elite force of Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords (FAFW) and is under the command of Waterlords Grand Naval Fleet (WGNF). Grand Admiral Jobert is still the Senior Commander of WSWG followed by a Deputy WSWG Commander. WSWG members can also from the Secret and Not Secret Ninja Corp (SNSNC) but must have at least trained and have an active duty in WGNF for at least 5 years. Like the Ninjas, they are the master of disguise, stealth, fast, single or buddy system missions, and close to hand to hand combat. The Navy part is their ability to maneuver all kinds of air, land and water vehicles / mechas, swimming, weapons, dodging bullets, art of camouflage, long to mid range attack, group missions, and the ability to wait.

They can perform in any kind of terrain, from a frozen water of the antarctic to the burning heat of the dessert. Their vehicles include armored carrier, amphibious vehicle, small tanks. hovercraft, and boats. They are the master of all kinds of weapons from sniper rifle to handgun. And as the elite commandos of Waterlords, they are assigned to many dangerous and hostile missions. In the Waterlords colony of Abnerian, the members of WNS was able to fight off the bandits and conquer the territory for such a quick period of time. WNS members are also being deployed to all inviting foreign countries to do duels with their own elite forces.

WATERLORDS GROUND FORCES

The Waterlords Ground Forces (WGF) is the ground arm of the Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords (FAFW). General Douglass is the commanding general of the WGF and he oversees ground operation of the FAFW. In an invading operation, they will be the one who will occupy the place after the WSWG attacked and WGNF bombarded the place. WGF are now in active duty in the Abnerian due to the recent conflict of other colonial powers in the island. They are tasked to guard the terrestrial territory of Waterlords from any kinds of attack and invasion.

The WGF functions are:
1. Organize, train and equip Army forces for the conduct of prompt, effective and sustained combat operations on land.
2. Occupy invaded territories until it is cleared safe and until a good amount of civilians are in place.
3. Performs duties as commanded by higher authorities.

WGF units are:
1. Infantry Units
2. Armor and Cavalry Units
3. Combat Support Units
4. Service Support Units
5. Special Units


The WGF shares its operational command with all other branches of FAFW:
1. Central Command (CECOM) - Fort Abner
2. East Command (ECOM) - Fort Magwapohun
3. North Atlantic Command (NACOM) - Fort Edward
4. West Command (WECOM) - Fort Jobert

Having the most extreme, most hardcore, most amazing and most cheap aircraft; the WATC decides to create 90% of all current WATC planes as the RED TERROR! The RED TERROR have it all and worth mentioning the WATC page, they are highly maneuverable, fast, and can be any plane you want: from fighter, bomber, support to carrier. SORRY, RED TERROR is the most prized aircraft of Waterlords that it is NOT for sale. A glimpse of the RED TERROR brings hope to allies but brings fear to the enemies. We can't tell you how many enemies has surrendered just by seeing these planes. This kind of attention thus sometimes affect the morale of our proud and beloved Waterlords Grand Naval Fleet (WGNF). But there is nothing they can do, it is so top secret that no other branches of Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords can use it. If the enemy is lucky enough to impale the most amazing plane, the pilots of this plane are directed to do a kamikazee-like attack to make sure the enemy will not get their hands to this plane.

Anyway, the Waterlords Air Terror Command (WATC) is the air force of the Armada of Naked Seamen of Waterlords. Air Marshall Edward is the Supreme Air Commander of WATC and he oversees the air operations of FAFW. Their functions include protect the Aerial territory of Waterlords and its colonies, support the FAFW, fly by in any special occasions, destroy enemy fortress, dodge anti-air missiles and along with other FAFW branches, perform duties as commanded by higher authorities.

WATERLORDS SECRET AND NOT SECRET NINJA CORP

The Waterlords Secret and Not Secret Ninja Corp (WSNSNC) is the spy organization and secret service of Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords (FAFW). They are both deployed in and outside the territory of Waterlords to gather top secret datas from suspected enemies or foreign countries. Members of WSNSNC can be promoted to work for Waterlords Ninja Swimmers (WNS) an elite force branch of Waterlords Grand Naval Fleet (WGNF) only after they finished the course and accomplished at least 3 rank B missions. The WSNSNC is under the command of a Grand Master Shinobi which identity is classified. They also do not share the unified commands of FAFW and has their own rules and commands. Their main functions are: spy suspected enemies, spy foreign countries, protect the Commander-in-Chief and perform duties as commanded by higher authorities.

The FAFW Engineers Corp (FAFW EC)are the engineering and technology sector of Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords. Their main functions is to fix, create, invent, modify and maintain FAFW equipments and vehicles. FAFW EC is currently headed by Master Engineer Anton.

They have three force subdivision command:
1. WGNF Engineers Corp
2. WGF Engineers Corp
3. WATC Engineers Corp

Here are the Basic Qualifications if you want to join Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords:

1. Must be natural-born Waterlordian
2. Must be Physically and Mentally Fit
3. At least 16 years of age
4. At least 5'5 Height
5. Not previously discharge from any police and armed forces
6. Handsome and Beautiful
7. Emotionally Stable
8. Drug-Free
9. Living a Healthy Lifestyle
10. No allergies
11. Loves the Waterlords and the Commander-in-Chief
12. Must be an Able Swimmer
13. Knows how to Dodge Bullets
14. Knows at least 5 Martial Arts
15. No Fear! (Except the Commander-in-Chief)
16. Must be Straight
17. Must have at least 1 Special Talent (Singing, Dancing, etc.)
18. Plays Sports or at least a Die-hard Fan of Waterlords' National Team

The Coat of Arms of Waterlords features and admiral cap on top symbolizing authority, direction, and hope; a saluting sailor on the left and a diver on the right supporting the shield. Both of them signifies the base of Waterlords, the Waterlords Grand Naval Fleet ready to defend and attack for the benefit of the great country. The shield symbolizes the flag of Waterlords with fires on top and water below (see flag description). The eight five-pointed stars represents the original eight provinces of Waterlords. The five-pointed stars also represents the six unified command of Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords (Central Command in the middle symbolises star shape - please see FAFW description and Map). A scroll below with writings that says "The Armada of Naked Seamen of Waterlords" represents our nation and title name.



THE NATIONAL FLAG

The flag symbolizes the people of Waterlords. It features a naval warships which represent the naval capabilities of Waterlords; fire on top represents power and love (former: destruction to those who opposes the country); water below represents calmness and never-ending greatness of Waterlordians (former: means of travelling to enemy countries). eight five-pointed stars represents the original eight provinces of Waterlords.

THE ARMADA OF NAKED SEAMEN OF WATERLORDS


The Waterlords is under the military rule headed by the Commander-in-Chief. The CIC funcitons as both head of state, over-all commander of the military, and master of all Waterlordian properties. After a fierce competition of the Top 10 Next CIC of Waterlords, The CIC will be elected by vote from the higher officers of Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords, during which the CIC appoints his or her advisers and cabinet. The CIC can serve as many term or year he or she wants but it is recommended to stay strong to defend against possible future coup. The law making bodies are already been organized and only the officers of FAFW are allowed to have a seat. Officers with the rank of Admiral or General has a special judicial power to execute or punished suspected criminals without due process of law.

Even though without position and political power, the Royal Family is still have some popular support thus earning them a ticket to a secret island (not the Exile Island) where they are locked up and closely guarded by appointed guards.

FOREVER ATTACKING FORCES OF WATERLORDS PARTY


Forever Attacking Forces of Waterlords Party (FAFWP) is the only legal political party in the the Armada of Naked Seamen of Waterlords. The government regulates and protect its human resources. It is because of them there are a good social hierarchy, stable economy, law abiding citizens, strong military and powerful government. Commander Abner is now currently the leader of the party, he is also the Commander-in-Chief of Waterlords.
