Fasdia tends not to pass laws regulating people's private lives, if it doesn't negatively effect others. So as long as they're not abusing the animal, or trespassing on someone else's property to gain access to the animal, there is nothing illegal about bestiality/zoophilia.

We exercise a similar practice to our Seculartopian colleagues.

All sex is illegal until consent is given in Takaram. Any non-human animal, or any human under the age of 18 (providing for the exception built in for 16-24 year olds), is considered unable to consent. Ergo, equine sodomy is illegal.
