Yasashii's ministries follow a hierarchy wherein the Office of the National Director is the primary "ministry," followed by four directorates. In turn, these four directorates have a series of bureaus, boards, services, councils, and agencies under their title, which perform the various bureaucratic and service tasks of government. The directorates themselves are directive bodies over their respective bureaus.

It must be noted that each directorate is headed by a member of the National Board ("Senior Board Member"), as is each bureau, agency, office, etc. ("Junior Board Member"). Other National Board Members are called "Members without a portfolio". Together with the National Director, SBMs and JBMs form the National Cabinet.

The Executive Cabinet of Atherille consists of members of the three houses of Parliament, elected by their colleagues to serve the duration of each electoral term. However, even if the ruling coalition generally agrees on a compromise candidacy by James Dolands (Social Revolutionary Party) who presently serves as the Undersecretary of Defense for Procurement, Her Excellency is noted despite no official comment on the matter as being vehemently opposed to the very idea of dismissing Marshal Millenhaus from her secretariat posting. Speculation that this is in no small degree due to the failed 2016 Coup having been lead by Wagdog's first (and so far only) civilian Defense Secretary, the late and treasonous Mario Iliescu (Wagdian Workers' Revolutionary Party), is credible despite being unconfirmed; Her Excellency Stewardess Christine is known regardless for only appointing to the Directory officials she trusts both personally and professionally.
• Secretary of the Interior: Director DWAYNE MICHAELS of the Committee of Public Safety; although this posting creates an interesting dichotomy in that technically the CPS is a subordinate department of the Stewarship Office rather than the Interior Department, and has powers regarding intelligence matters abroad as well as security matters at home. Similar agitation exists in Congress for finding a new candidate wholly-separate from the CPS, for which again the name of National Democratic Party head Lucius Trelawney has come up among others; although again no comments from Her Excellency Stewardess Christine are on-record despite her presumed opposition.
• Secretary of Commerce: Citizen CELINE LONGTAIL (Wagdian Social Revolutionary Party; formerly People's Revolutionary Party, until defecting to the SRP after the 2016 coup attempt...)
• Secretary of the Treasury: Citizen WALLY SHORTCLAW (Wagdian Social Revolutionary Party; formerly People's Revolutionary Party, until defecting to the SRP under similar circumstances as above...)
• Secretary of Labor: Comrade LUCIUS SISTERCIUS (Wagdian Workers' Revolutionary Party; opposed the 2016 Coup and thus now head of the WWRP, rewarded for his loyalty by keeping his prior office...)
• Secretary of Agriculture: Comrade THOMAS FLATHOOF (Wagdian People's Revolutionary Party; opposed the 2016 Coup and thus 'official' head of the WPRP, rewarded for his loyalty by keeping his prior office...)
• Secretary of Transportation: The Rt. Hon. Mr. JACK ROLAND (Wagdian Liberal Democratic Party; formerly Social Democratic Party, until the splinter of that party's internal right-wing to form the LDP after 2017...)

As noted, presently in the National People's Congress there are frequent intense debates, and occasional fistfights even, between legislators on one side whom favor removing the two most-irritating Defense and Interior appointments Her Excellency Christine made ten years ago after assuming the Stewardship of the Revolution, and those on another whom would rather defer to executive privilege than see pressure for any number of possible partisan appointments be used to weaken the coherence of Her Excellency's Government. Several recall/no-confidence votes against Her Excellency's Government have been attempted over the issue, nearly all by the National Front coalition of the National Democratic and National Revolutionary Parties under NDP Chief-Secretary Lucius Trelawney; none have succeeded against bloc-votes by Christine's still strong Pan-Social Coalition (headed by Christine's own Social Revolutionary Party; members presently inclucing the Social Democratic Party, Social Liberal Party, Liberal Democratic Party, Liberal Revolutionary Party, and Progressive Conservative Party in broad left-to-right ideological order...), to slap down the matter each time it reared its head, before yet more partisan foolishness resulted from a snap general election on top of the annual Congressional free-for-all. However growing success at the polls year-by-year for the National Front, largely by making inroads into the Pan-Social Coalition now that the Popular Front coalition of the Workers' and People's Revolutionary Parties is basically reduced to its' aging electoral base among various die-hard communists by long-term effects of the failed 2016 Coup still broadly associated with them, means that the National Front will likely try more no-confidence votes in future and engage Her Excellency's ruling Pan-Social Coalition in a battle of political attrition until one side or another at least partially gets their way.
