Subject: Your trade agreement proposal
Dear Dr Green,
Firstly, as you may have acknowledged from previous correspondence or reference, my name is George Hardiman, and it is in my capacity with the distribution of this communiqué to represent the Chamber of Commerce of Yohannes in my position as the President Director of our organisation. Thank you for forwarding your interest to the Foreign Office of Her Majesty's Government. We -- of the Chamber of Commerce of Yohannes -- have received the forwarded letter from our representative in HM Foreign Office, and shall hereby offer our opinion as well as thought to your proposal.
As the foremost symbol of free trade, the unrestricted freedom of movement of capital, goods and service to provide a more competitive, efficient and productive background for multiple regional economies, the nineteen countries of Yohannes under HM Government has supported and enacted multitude of legislative measures which have propelled our nation into the forefront of global economics and trade. Noting, however, the reservation which the Titianician Senate has for the creation of the aforementioned form of trade relationship between both the IASM and the nineteen countries, the Right Honourable Cornelius Pristine Christchurch MP has decided to accept the alternative form of trade relationship which the Titianician Senate has proposed for us to consider.
The above mentioned acceptance, however, will only be put into effective practice by HM Government following the guarantee of your represented governmental providence -- protection, guarantee of individual safety and right of full citizenship, with the exclusion, of course, of domestic political participation -- to any and all subject of the nineteen countries currently residing as ambassadorial plenipotentiaries, trade representatives and industrialists in the United Ditorates. Furthermore, HM Government will require the exemption of any and all Yohannesian citizens from the United Ditorate judicial authorities, and shall authorise instead for the creation of a separate and exclusive foreign extraterritorial court for any and all Yohannesian citizens, to be subjected to Yohannesian law and not that of United Ditorates law.
Should there be any issues requiring further clarification please do not hesitate to contact me immediately.
Cordially Yours,
President Director
Chamber of Commerce of Yohannes
