The Giant Bore. They are, on average, 13 feet long and weigh approximately 2-3 tons. Their tusks are 3 feet averagely.

IC: Or national animal is the Flamelake Salamander. Regretfully, I do not have a picture of one of them on-hand, as the Salamander is quite rare, due to predation from the dragons. Not much is known about the Salamander as they live only at Flamelake (hence the name) which is guarded viscously by the afore-mentioned dragons. Thus, we have been unable to obtain any specimens for examination. All we know is that they are some sort of fire elemental.

The lödkatt. Similar to the Norwegian Forest Cat (pictured here), but somewhat larger and with a less decent personality. May seem an odd national animal, but cats were among the first creatures introduced to Hresejnen (right after rats and mice, naturally), and so the lödkatt that evolved to deal with the harshness of the island at the time and eventually ran wild became symbolic of our people's efforts to break away from our previous national roots to fully connect the ways of our ancient ancestors and a modern world.
