Yet, the State has several methods to prevent cultural clashes. First off, the Government determines where you will live. Most foreigners are lumped together into the same building, preferably a old one where they are left alone for a few years. As soon as that building and/or district begins to take the shape of a cultural enclave - i.e. Chinatown, Little Italy, Polonia, etc the building is razed on the grounds of being to old and the Immigrants are given new appartments in various districts around the city. By lifting the typical "siege" mentality immigrants often experience when they arrive in a new land, clashes are avoided and integration is encouraged.

Interestingly, those who refuse to adapt face the same repercussions as Prut who avoid participating in a more pro-social role in their nation - rejection. Such subjects are simply ignored passively and face severe social pressure, have more trouble advancing in their career, have more trouble in forming a family or healthy relationships as well as more problems in maintaining friends. Everyone is offended by something, learning to cope with such feelings and issues is the sign of a mature, wise and social person. If they cause any trouble again, they will be sent to one of our work camps for at least 400 years (basically till death).

If anywhere else in Empire: Empire police will arrive within 3 minute of incident and will try to reclaim streets - if they fail Metro police will be called in who will in turn ask Nepal Army.
