The Fedriyan Embassy Program

OOC: President Kombayn Vozarski has finally given permission for foreign embassies to be built in the capital.
If you are interested in having such a building in our glorious country, please fill out the application form after reading and agreeing with the terms and conditions policies:

1) The embassy cannot be near any government buildings or military bases.
2) All goods brought into the embassy must be specified.
3) If fugitives or criminals running from Fedriyan authorites, hide in the embassy, they must be surrendered.
4) All members of the embassy must obide by Fedriyan law.
5) All members must speak fluent Fedriyan.
6) And all members must also respect the Fedriyan Government

Ambassador's History: Stood as head of the Churchillian secret service, the Crown Police, for 4 years, he stood down in 2007 and became the popular mayor of Chartwell, he resigned because of last year's terrorist attack

Location of embassy (street name): N/A. We are not familiar with your country's street names, but we trust in your government's better judgement (OOC: You decide).
Ambassador's Name: Samuel Hall
Ambassador's History: The eldest in a family of diplomats, Mr Hall, a native from the State of Amestris in north Wolfenium, was a graduate from Wolsburg Imperial University with a degree in International Diplomacy. He and two of his siblings are currently working in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and are awaiting a dispatch to their respective diplomatic missions, following an influx of requests by foreign governments through their embassy applications.
Is the Ambassador fluent in Fedriyan?: No, but he is making an effort to learn the language solely for this task.
Would you like it near a train station, metro, airport or shipyard?: Not necessary
Would you like the Fedriyan authorities to guard the building: Yes
How will guards (if any) be armed?: MP7 Submachine Guns, HK USP Pistols, Katzbalgers
Any special requests?: None at the moment, but once planning is done (OOC: if there is any), we would like to invite your government to send representatives to the upcoming Astoli Peace Summit held in Saint Olivie.
Will your country respect the Fedriyan Government?: Yes
Will your country trade with Fedriya?: Perhaps in the near future
Will your country's leader sign a peace treaty with the President of Fedriya, Kombayn Vozarski?: If by peace treaty, you mean a non-aggression pact, then yes. Since we were never at war with Fedriya, we felt that a peace treaty in that sense would have been redundant. Nevertheless, we seek to forge better relations with the international community the best we can.

The Communistic Republic of Fedriya accepts Ambassador Hall into the Embassy Program, a telegram will be wired to notify you of the embassies location and other relavant details. The non-aggression pact will not be signed by Kombayn Vozarski, as he is nolonger Soviet President - that position has been taken by myself - so i will sign it at your earliest convenience or one of the government representitives will, at the Astoli Peace Summit in Saint Olivie; which we are most grateful you invited us to.
