In the last month the hard workers of Santa Cruz have been developing sites for the upcoming, Santa Cruz Diplomatic District. The district will serve as the home to the new Velliano Embassy Program. The pilot program began last week and was open to the nations of Asia. Today it unveils to the international public and will begin taking applications.
