Recently, Alraq was struck with a 8.9 earthquake, killing many and destroying the capital and much of the country. This struck just days after the old government, with it's opressive nature, was overthrown. I, being in the middle of a transition from Communism/dictatorship to capitalism/democracy, have slowed this process. But, now that we are being helped to our feet with the help of close allies, we have decided to make the most of what we have and have began to ask other countries to build embassies in our capital city. The Capital will one day shine with our Capital building and the shining marble of our allies' embassies. I have signed Executive Order 104-96-D allowing the government of Alraq to pay for up to 37% of the cost of an embassy. If you, being a Head of State or Head of Government, want an embassy, close ally-ship, or anything else with the Dominion of Alraq, please telegram me or post here. Me or my Secretary of State (Ashlie Taylor) shall attend to you.

He also promoted tourism, which benefited many local businesses. He was In 2007, he became senator of the Asti region, but resigned in 2009 due to wanting to have more of a family life. He has been appointed on recommendation by HM King Pellegrino IV to become the Ambassador to Alraq.

Are there any health of security issues local authorities should be alerted of? There are no health concerns at the moment, only security concerns, as Ambassador Calisse is a fervent opponent of the Radical Party, which has sent him threatening letters. Our security will keep him safe 24/7, and it is very unlikely a member of the Radical Party will ever leave the homeland.

Diplomatic Staff: 115 State Department Employees. Breakdown of employees: 110 Diplomatic Office Staff, 5 Attachés (Military, Economic, Cultural, Press, and the Vice-Ambassador).

Security Staff: 45 Security Guards. Breakdown of employees: 35 Marine Corps Embassy Security Guards (MCESG) who will guard the embassy and its personnel, and 10 Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) Agents as the Ambassador's Personal Protection Group and to protect the Attaché's as well.

Service Staff: 25 Service Staff. Breakdown: 15 cleaning staff/maids, 5 cooks, and 5 gardeners.

Will you be hiring locally?: Only police (if possible), or a private security company based in Tarsas for perimeter security, as we will not violate international law and patrol the streets with armed guards.

Number and Type of Weapons: Each member of our security team will carry: MP5 Personal Defense Weapon, Glock 17 Semi-automatic pistol with 3 additional magazines, pepper spray, taser, security baton, and an M9 knife. A sufficient stock of M4A1 Carbines will be kept in a secure weapons locker room in our embassy.

The Federal Republic of Alexadia greets with warm affection the Dominion of Alraq. We sympathize with the unfortunate destruction of your beautiful nation and pledge humanitarian, as well as economic, support going forward. To work towards your revitalization, Alexadia will provide 80% of the funding for a beautiful embassy which will, it is my hope, be located in the outskirts of the downtown commercial area of your capitol. While the security and staff personnel will be made up entirely of Alexadians, we are open to allowing your people to seek employment in our embassy as a means to improve the community in which it will be constructed.
