The Galactic Matriarchy of Lemonius
The Matriarch has recently expressed interest in other planets, and has now officially opened diplomatic relations.

It is a mandatory requirment that all applicants read the letter below to learn of any regulations that will be imposed on you during your stay.
The vast city of Cexial on Lemonius will be your embassy's location, the city conquers the majority of the planet.
All embassies will come complete will a full team of cleaners, including maids and (If you like) butlers.
Your embassy will be built in the great Equality tower (See Notes section), you can specify the amount of space you would like; but we'd like it not to exceed 4 floors. If you do require extra space, please let us know...
We'd like you to be aware that the local dialect is Alemix. You are not required to learn the language, but if you would like we can provide dialect instructors.
Vehicles are limited to 3 aerial craft and 2 space-craft.
Lemonius is a GUN-FREE nation, however, you are granted permission to own and operate weapons for your embassy's defence. Please refrain from bringing excessive amounts of military equipment, but a full list of weaponry is required.
Your diplomatic staff can't be more than 100, space is limited...
If you have not yet produced craft capable of traveling to Lemonius, we can provide a diplomatic convoy to meet you. Please be aware that poison weapons, biological agents, chemical and nuclear weapons are PROHIBITED from entering Lemonius. Lemonius is a dry nation, alcohol is ILLEGAL in public, unfortunately, diplomatic immunity does not cover the alcohol ban. You may cosume alcohol within your embassy, but refrain from doing so outside. You are free to practice your customs and religion within and outside your embassy, but please observe our laws as well. If you have any problems with your embassy or any complaints about Lemonian citizens, staff or security please do not hesistate to contact us.

Additional Notes:
As of August 16th (Earth Calendar), Equality tower is full. And all applicants after this time will be placed in the adjacent Peace tower, which is of similar design.
In accordance with the environment stabilisation act of 5107 and the transport authority regulation #309, wheeled vehicles such as automobiles, diesel and petroleum burning methods of transportation are banned in Lemonius. We apologise for any inconvenience, but we have mass-scale public transportation grids and we would be happy to allocate carriages restricted to your embassy staff only.
Your rights
-You are free to practice your national religion, as well as the religions of others in your embassy.
-You are free to display national symbols, religions symbols and other images relevant to your national pride (Such as flags and standards) or the state within your embassy
-Your embassy is free to provide a haven for your nation's citizens in the event of an emergency
-You citizens will be free to travel to your embassy without hindrance
-You have the right to defend your embassy as you see fit, but excessive amounts of military equipment must be justified
-You are free to impose your national laws within the constraints of your embassy, except when these laws conflict with those of Lemonius. In which case, a hearing will take place.
-Your embassy is free to contact The Lemonian Foreign Affairs Agency at any time, for reasons that may require our assistance or in cirumstances that we must be aware of.
-Your ambassador will have the protection of the state, and he/she will be given immunity from laws in Lemonius, except when the crime is considered a severe offence. In which case, diplomatic immunity will be removed and your embassy considered void, until the punishment has been served
