Subject: Embassy Opening Letter and Application
As the old government of Constans came to an end as did its previous one, and a new government took its place, another embassy program was created to serve the needs of the new empire which now expands not only in Constans but to its colonies afar.
Instead of ridding embassies brought to life during the old government, all embassies have been allowed to stay to reduce the hassle of sending ambassadors, applications, and men out once again. Futhermore, embassies now have the choice to either place themselves in Constans or one of its colonies.
We hope that this government will last for many hundreds of years and we can continue international relations with all of our closer nations.

Notable Embassy Laws and Accords
Embassy Laws and Accords - Section I - Paragraph I - Line I - V
I. All embassies shall have no more than eighteen armed guards within embassy grounds. All guards shall only limit themselves to sub-machine guns and pistols. Machine guns, grenades, assault rifles, gas, or any other type of heavy small arm shall not be allowed.
II. Only one helicopter is allowed on embassy grounds, said helicopter shall not be allowed to have any form of a machine gun, grenades, rockets, or any other type of heavy killing weapon. Helicopters shall only be used should a embassy need to evacuate its grounds, or travel to a long distance meeting centre. Helicopters shall also have no form of armor equipped to its hull.
III. There shall be no more then a total of eighty personnel at the embassy within any time. Should the number exceed this, the Empire of Constans reserves the right to deport any personnel within the embassy at any time and without warning.
IV. Embassies will be allowed a barracks, main compound, command center, mess hell, helicopter pad, and garage. Along with all other basic needs.
V. Any type of armoured vehicle, other then a utility vehicle, will not be allowed on embassy grounds. Utility vehicles shall not be allowed to have their machine guns mounted and all armor will be removed from said vehicles.
