Terra City

1. Information

Foundation
Terra City is the capital city of Tierra Prime and its largest city with over 12.3 million inhabitants.
Terra City was founded on the the 28th of April 2402 beside a river and became the capital of the Tierran Prime Republic.
The city then began to spread out in all directions at a steady rate as the population increased. The City became the Capital of the Tierran Empire after the 2658 Coup.

New City
In 3668, a ship accidentally crashed into the city, destroying much of it, the Emperor however wasn't going to rebuild the city, he had something else in mind.
He began the Empire Project, the tearing down of the remains of Terra city and the building of a new high tech advanced city it its place, the city itself would be suspended 50 meters above the ground by a Central Pillar and 24 smaller Sector Pillars and would be comprised of 8 inner city Sectors and 16 outer city Sectors, to power this new city 8 Solar Ionization Reactors would be built between the Inner and Outer City Plates. Located in the center of the City would be the massive Imperial Palace, this would be the Emperors Official Residence. The Palace itself would be powered by a Solar Ionization Reactor located underneath it.
Terra City being the Capital, is of coarse the most defended place in the Empire, it's defense's are comprised of 400,000 Imperial Army Troops, 20,000 Imperial Guards, 4,000 S.O.I.L.D.E.R Operatives, a missile defense systems, several laser, plasma, Ion, Turbo Laser and missile batteries and several squadrons of space and land based fighters, bombers and interceptors.
Underneath the city is a secret facility called D.E.E.P.G.R.O.U.N.D, this facility is where all of the S.O.L.D.I.E.R experiment's take place. The facility is top secret, only the Emperor and some Government member's know of it's existence. The facility also act's as a Bunker and can survive a direct nuclear, laser or plasma strike and is also protected from chemical and biological weapon's.
The facility is powered by a Solar Ionization Reactor located on it's lower levels.
The D.E.E.P.G.R.O.U.N.D facility contains a secret Metro Line called Metro 2, using this metro the Emperor and Government Officials can travel to the North Tierran Imperial Palace in just 20 minutes.
At present 7 of the 8 Inner City Sector's and 15 of the 16 Outer City Sector's are completed, it will be another 2 year's before the these Sector's are completed, the Imperial Palace however is fully completed.

Tierra Prime Colony Ship

Origins
The Tierra Prime Colony Ship was jointly built by the USA and Russia in 2065, the year the Earth was scorched by Nuclear Fire.
The ship was originally tasked with colonizing planets in the Beta Vega system. Knowing that the Earth would be scorched in nuclear fire very soon, the 86 crew and 2,000 passengers, the majority of which where Russian and American, launched from the Vostochny Cosmodrome in Eastern Russia at 15:00 on the 19th of May 2065, a day before the bombs fell.

Leaving Earth
The Journey to the Beta Vega system would take 337 years so the crew and passengers entered their sleep pods and where put into a cryogenic sleep.
On the 20th of April 2402 the passengers and crew awoke to find they where finally at their destination, the Beta Vega system. They scouted the system until they found a Level 5 Earth Class planet, they then landed on this planet and set up a village known as Terra and formed a Republic.

Moved to a museum
The ship stayed in the possession of the Tierran Republic and was moved to the Tierran history museum in Terra City in 2486, thousands of people visited the museum every day to see the ship that had saved them and their ancestors and brought them to their new home.
During the opening stages of the coup against the Republic in 2658, the ship was removed from the museum by the Republic forces and taken to a safe house far from Terra City. Not long after the coup had ended, the new Emperor, Alexander Borischenko, went on a search to find the ship, after much interrogation of former Republic soldiers he found out the location of the safe house. After a long battle he captured the ship from the few Republican forces than remained to defend it, after that he moved the ship to a secret safe house of his own.

Palace and Museum
The ship was moved from the safe house to his Imperial Palace, the North Tierran Imperial Palace, upon its completion in 2662, there it remained until it was moved to the new Imperial Tierran history museum upon its completion in Sector 1 of Terra City in 2698.
The ship still resides in the Imperial Tierran history museum currently.

Imperial Guard

Origins
The origins of the Imperial Guard can be traced back to the earliest days of the Republic. An attempt was made on the life of the Tierran President in 2482 by a power hungry officer, the President having barely survived the attempt decided that a special guard would be needed to properly protect him, and so he formed the Republican Guard comprised of the Republics best soldiers.

The Coup
During the 2658 coup the Republican Guard was responsible for protecting the President from the coup forces, 200 Republican Guards along with 4,000 regular Republican Army soldiers barricaded themselves in the Presidential Palace with the President and his family. After a two day siege of the Palace the coup forces finally overwhelmed the Republican forces, the coup forces captured the President and brought him to General Alexander Borischenko the leader of the coup forces. On the 8th of September the President was executed.

Formation of the Imperial Guard
Soon after General Alexander Borischenko, proclaimed the formation of The Tierran Prime Empire with himself as Emperor, he realized he was going to need protection, there would no doubt be attempts on his life as power hungry officers and generals would always be trying to kill him and make themselves Emperor.
On the 18th of September 2658 Emperor Alexander Borischenko formed the Imperial Guard from the remains of the Republican Guard.

The new Emperor
Maximilian Borischenko was crowned Galactic Emperor of the Galactic Empire of Tierra Prime at his coronation on the 15th of October 3704, an attempt was made on his life that day by an assassin from a rebel group, the Imperial Guard managed to capture the assassin before he could get into the Imperial Palace thus saving the would be Galactic Emperor's life.
The Galactic Emperor was pleased with the work of the Imperial Guard, in saving his life. The day's of the Imperial Guard's dominance where however about to come to an end, as a few day's later, Project S.O.L.D.I.E.R began.

Decline
With the establishment of S.O.L.D.I.E.R, a unit of Genetically Modified Super Soldier's, in 3704, the influence of the Imperial Guard rapidly declined. In 2708 S.O.L.D.I.E.R took over the Emperor and his families personal Security, as well as the security of their possession's. Because of this, the Imperial Guard was downgraded to backup unit.

Galactic Emperor/Empress of Tierra Prime

Origin's
The position of Galactic Emperor/Empress of the Galactic Empire of Tierra Prime, was created on the 28th of March 3700, the day the Galactic Empire was officially proclaimed.
The first Galactic Emperor of the Galactic Empire of Tierra Prime was Sergey Borischenko.

Power
The Galactic Emperor/Empress is the head of State of the Galactic Empire of Tierra Prime and holds supreme power over the Government, the Courts and the Military. The Galactic Emperor/Empress usually rules for life and cannot be removed from power by the Government or the Courts.
The Galactic Emperor/Empress could however be removed by the Military in a coup, to make sure this does not happen the Galactic Emperor/Empress holds The position of Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces.
If the Galactic Empire of Tierra Prime has both an Galactic Emperor and a Galactic Empress both can rule together equally, however, if one of them does not want to rule they can give up all of their power to the other but still keep the title of Galactic Emperor/Empress of the Galactic Empire of Tierra Prime.

Succession
Upon the death of a Galactic Emperor/Empress the Crown Prince/Crown Princess is crowned Galactic Emperor/Empress at their own Coronation which is held at the time of their choosing. If the Crown Prince/Crown Princess decides they do not wish to be Galactic Emperor/Empress. then the second oldest Prince/Princess will become Galactic Emperor/Empress.
If in some accident or incident in which the entire Imperial family is killed or removed from power, the General of The Imperial Military may then become Galactic Emperor/Empress, if the General of The Imperial Military is also dead or has been removed from power, then the Deputy General of The Imperial Military may become Galactic Emperor/Empress. If all of these people are dead or have been removed from power then the Council of Imperial Viceroy's can appoint a new Galactic Emperor/Empress themselves.

Current Emperor and Empress
The current and second Galactic Emperor of the Galactic Empire of Tierra Prime is Maximilian Borischenko, he was crowned Galactic Emperor at his coronation on the 15th of October 3700.
The second and current Galactic Empress of the Tierran Galactic Empire is Svetlana Borischenko, she was crowned Galactic Empress at her wedding to Maximilian Borischenko on the 18th of February 3703, her first and only action as Galactic Empress of the Galactic Empire Tierra Prime was to give up all of her power to her husband Maximilian Borischenko, when questioned later as to why she did this she said "I do not want to have to run an Empire, i would rather leave that time demanding job to my husband"

Origins
Shortly after Maximilian Borischenko came to power as the second Galactic Emperor of the Galactic Empire of Tierra Prime, he began Project S.O.L.D.I.E.R, a Project who's aim was to create Genetically Modified Super Soldier's.

Project S.O.L.D.I.E.R
The Project was a success from the start. With massive amounts of funds going into the Project it quickly produced results. The first Super Soldier created by this Project was Boris Macinko, also know as the "Black Knight" for the colour of his Armour.

Establishing S.O.L.D.I.E.R
In 3704, with the continuing success of the S.O.L.D.I.E.R Project, Maximilian Borischenko established S.O.L.D.I.E.R, a Unit of the Genetically Modified Super Soldier's created by the S.O.L.D.I.E.R Project.
With the downgrade of the Imperial Guard to a backup Force, S.O.L.D.I.E.R has taken over the Emperor and his families personal Security, and with the downgrade of the Imperial Ranger's to a backup Force as well, they now handle most Commando mission's.
S.O.L.D.I.E.R currently has three ranks, 1st Class the Elite of the Unit, 2nd Class the Average Operatives of the Unit and 3rd Class the new recruits and below average Operatives of the Unit.
Underneath Terra City is a secret facility called D.E.E.P.G.R.O.U.N.D, this facility is where all of the S.O.L.D.I.E.R experiment's take place. The facility is top secret, only the Emperor and some Government member's know of it's existence.
As the S.O.L.D.I.E.R Project continues, S.O.L.D.I.E.R will most likely increase rapidly in size and influence.

K.N.I.G.H.T
K.N.I.G.H.T is an Elite 10 man Unit comprised of the best S.O.L.D.I.E.R 1st Class Operatives. The Unit in unique in fact that each member wears different colour armour. Boris Macinko, also know as the "Black Knight" for the colour of his armour, is a member of this of this Unit. He was the first Genetically Modified Super Soldier created by the S.O.L.D.I.E.R Project, and as such has excellent combat skill's that suit the needs of K.N.I.G.H.T. The Unit deployed on only the most impossible and top secret of mission's that require it's skill. Apart from Commando mission's, K.N.I.G.H.T also provides security for the Emperor and his family and trains 1st Class, 2nd Class and 3rd Class S.O.L.D.I.E.R Operatives.
