He's known for being a down to earth, working class guy and is regularly seen in public in modern casual clothes, shopping or going on holidays etc and is known for his ability to be very formal and strong when in work and more relaxed outside of work. He is known for taking time out government spend with his husband and the rest of his family. His interest outside of work include religion, photography, traveling, watching TV series such as Sex And The City and Desperate Housewives and shopping.

In the Chamber of Representatives, he is known for his strong public speaking skills and his witty and sarcastic responses in debates.

The General-Secretary of the Leninist Party of Soviet Polsol (LPSP) is the 37-year old Fyodor (Sergeyvich) Vikhrov. He was born on 21 March 1979. He became member of the LPSP as soon as he reached the required age of 18 years. He has degrees in Physics and in Soviet Law. During his time as a student, he was known as a fierceful opponent to capitalism and imperialism. He has fought for equal rights for women, equal rights for homosexuals and lesbians, and he has always been very close to ordinary people. Being strongly opposed to religion, he had been working for a few years at the Politburo's Anti-religious Propaganda Office for several years, when he was made candidate member of the Central Committee of the LPSP in 2004. A few weeks ago, when elections were held for the Supreme Soviet, the Central Committee decided also to elect a new General-Secretary, as Julian Runov unfortunately had to resign due to his failing health.

Fyodor is married to the handsome Irakliy Zhurov, and is the first General-Secretary to be in a same-sex relationship. In his free time, Fyodor likes to swim, and he enjoys visiting the museum to watch the paintings and sculptures.

Chancellor Temko is a member of the left-wing Worker's Party, and her main policies consist boosting the working class through raising wages, boosting infrastructure and granting more bargaining power, increased funding for scientific pursuits which includes a major revival of the nation's space program, and subsidization of the arts and entertainment.

In her personal life, Chancellor Temko is an avid fan of Japanese animation, a practitioner of Kendo, and an accomplished painter. She is the owner of one cat, Dango, who can often be seen wandering the gardens of the Citadel.

Chancellor Temko is not without her detractors, however. Many have accused her of being naive and inexperienced, and hold doubts about her ability to run a country as powerful and influential as the United Confederation. Furthermore, she has come under fire, especially in the conservative East, for being unmarried and childless, which some see as a failure to adequately support family values.

The Domnaeni of Shalotte is Alsa II. Alsa (born 1994) acceded the 'throne' in 2009 upon the death of her mother Ffeysis III. Her father died when she was three, and she is an only child.

She was educated at home by private tutors, who focussed on teaching her Shalotte history, politics, and the Hebrédan language. She is also known to be fairly fluent in verbal English - she cannot, however, read or write in English. Her childhood existence was extremely isolated due to her over-protective mother, the previous Domnaeni; she was never seen in public, was permitted no guests besides her tutors, and rarely left the house. Upon her mother's death from pneumonia in 2009, she was suddenly thrust into public life for the first time when she inherited her position.

Members of the Gaeltyn have previously described her as being quiet and shy, though she is known to be firm and compassionate when it comes to issues of state. The people of Shalotte are generally fond of her, and despite being uncomfortable around people she can often be seen touring the islands to speak to her subjects. Since becoming Domnaeni, Alsa has made it an official policy to personally visit each settlement in Shalotte at least once per year and attend a session of the local 'parliament' meetings.

She is particularly renowned for her tendency help struggling families during these tours, when she will make efforts to assist the less fortunate Shalottes with their various problems - or provide the resources to assist them. In one particularly well-known instance she had most of her own personal wardrobe delivered to an elderly woman who lived alone and could not afford to buy new clothes, before assuring her a pension from her own personal finances.

In her personal life, Alsa is a devout follower of the Shalotte Pantheon and regularly attends services at the Alaunan church. She is unmarried and has never courted, and according to interviews with local newspapers she has no plans to change this in the near future. Famously Alsa is an amateur astronomer, and takes advantage of the low light pollution of Shalotte to observe the night sky with an imported telescope.

He takes his office seriously he also takes his families well being and safety just as seriously by "punishing" anyone who messes with them. The Chief enjoys spending his money lavishly like having his own personal luxury submarine, two massive houses one in the capital city and one in the coastal city of Villa Del Rise.

ONE STAR GENERAL, GRANDMASTER BUBBA BUBBAVICH LONG II, ACTING OFFICER OF THE SECOND SACRED JUNTA OVER THE KINGDOM OF THE UNITED TURTLES, MUSHROOMS, AND MEN OF TURTLESHROOM is the current ruler and leader of TurtleShroom.

Seeing the stalemate and inaction of his government in suppressing violent, armed uprisings by leftists, Marxists, and workers throughout TurtleShroom, the General took it into his own claws to finally crush the violence. General Long, before the coup, was the the commander of the Jonesboro First Garrison and the Jonesboro First Tank and Armored Wagon Host. Respectively, these were the full garrisons of the capital city, amounting to thousands upon thousands of soldiers, artillery, tanks, and weaponry.
The coup d'etat was bloodless and received the full backing of the rank-and-file (grunts) of the military as well as the entire police force.

Personality-wise, General Long Ii is committed to his own sense of justice. He believes that the means justify the ends and that bloodshed is the only thing "these animals"- the rioters and Marxists -understand. The private sector largely refused to negotiate and the government had no power to stop the riots aside from outright shooting and/or arresting them.

The General is a passionate leader with a bloodthirsty ruthlessness against the enemy and a deep compassion for the men under him. His belief in "no man left behind" is far more than a slogan. General Long II is not a Christian, and he disdains the Church for everything aside from its contribution to charity and welfare. He sees Christians as weak and believes that mercy and compassion on the enemy allows them to survive. He is a Theist who values little in way of the abstract creator god he thinks exists.

General Long II is charasmatic and inspiring. His troops love him and his enemies are terrified of him. The General long resented the command of his superior officers, who he saw as weak because of their surgical and subtle strikes against the rioters. He gives them no credit for fending off the 2012 AD invasions, believing TurtleShroom won by attrition and not by strategy.

He is a patriot who believes his nation is the supreme nation in NationStates.
General Long II is a civic nationalist because his nation is multi-species and cares little about race.

Politically, General Long II extols the state and loathes democracy. Although it is not well-known, the General is a card carrying member of the Fascist Servant party.

He is very religious, praying three times a day and attending church regularly. He enjoys the arts, music, hunting and reading and holds a facination with models. A popular attraction is the Royal Modelling Room in St Michaelsgate Palace which is open three times a year for two days.

She loves travelling, but many describe her as a "very boring" person.

Good day.

I am perhaps the wrong person to answer this question, as she is a close friend of mine and this may bias me somewhat, but it falls within my remit I will answer the question to the best of my capabilities.

Matriarch Zelella Rocca is a kind, considerate woman with a great deal of compassion for the citizens under her care. Her policies are progressive and have benefited the country greatly since she came into office; crime and unemployment are at record lows, while the economy is booming and education, healthcare and environmental issues have all been boosted under her leadership. She makes thoughtful, considered decisions, and is very spiritual.

She has also managed to maintain the principles of the Relorian Neutrality Act whilst simultaneously effecting non-violent change in the world around us - past Relorian achievements over the years include negotiating peace between a number of different warring minor powers; successfully helping avert war between many others; liberating many slaves and other oppressed peoples from rogue nations without bloodshed, often giving them Relorian citizenship and help to start their new lives; establishing non-aggression pacts with a number of nations (many of which are so old as to now be defunct, regrettably); and establishing warm relations with countries such as Xirnium and Maraque. All this, and she has kept Reloria's borders secure from outside aggression.

As a person, Matriarch Zelella is somewhat modest and humble. Unlike many heads of state she is not removed from the issues of the populace, and regularly meets with groups of citizens to hear their concerns. She is friendly, will always listen to what people have to say, and often tells a good joke. She shows great concern for people who are oppressed, and is often frustrated that sometimes there is nothing she can do to help them. But she also has great resolve when it is necessary, and will not allow harm to come to the people of Reloria - her primary concern, which supersedes all others, including her personal motivations.

I regret that I cannot attach a photograph of her; she dislikes being photographed, and photographs are only ever distributed when she makes official statements to the international community - purely because such is part of our current communiqué format, as you can see below. Her portrait can be found on Wikipedia entries regarding Reloria, however.

While as I mentioned, you may possibly assume that my description is biased, the facts speak for themselves - we are fortunate to have such a woman as Zelella Rocca as the Relorian Matriarch. May the Goddess smile on her always.

Emperor Tizqar III is something of a mystery to those who know him. Often appearing firm and stern, both privately and publicly, he also has a carefree, easygoing side that shines through in times of joy. By his own admittance, the emperor tends to be carried away by his excitement (this does not happen very often, though), and not necessarily for the better. His son Alulim describes him as a complex personality; sometimes cold and steely in carrying his duties, he is nevertheless more than capable of charm and has been described as overly amiable and even sarcastic at times. Those who know him claim that he delights in dry humor. When he puts out a friendly face in the public, especially in dealing with his critics and problems, domestic and international, he might actually be devious and calculating behind the scenes, trying to solve and remove the obstacles facing him, often pragmatically.

Unlike some of the more hedonistic members of his family and court officials, the emperor does not take much delight in carnal pleasures and has never taken a mistress. His love for his wife of ninety years knows no limits - a grandson has described him as a "quietly romantic" person, sometimes writing her extremely long and sometimes poetic love letters - but he values her more as his best friend and confidante through nine decades of marriage, someone who has been there for him since those long-gone teenage days, a companion through the calm and storm of life than as a partner in bed. The emperor is by all accounts a family man, deeply caring and even protective of his family. His descendants and other relatives all hold him in high regard and value his wisdom and counsel, seeing him as akin to a latter-day prophet of God.

Quinn I, Empress of Ganosia.

The Empress of Ganosia is Quinn I. Quinn (born 19XX) acceded the 'throne' in 20XX upon the seizure of the capital, Olyan, by Hobbesian forces loyal to her sister, Allison Amber, the misanthropic chancellor of the Hobbesian Commonwealth. She has many brothers and sisters, including Lilith ("The Most Lesbian Woman in the Universe") and Raymond ("The Father of Many Bastards"), and she is married to Emperor Felix of Veceria, with whom she has five children. Her sixth child, an illegitimate son (whom she still loves regardless), was the product of rape.

Hers was a difficult childhood, marred by the Second Ganosian Revolution. She lost many of her friends to the Cultists, and eventually became their prisoner, led around the country in an attempt to hide her from the coalition of the willing arrayed against their leader, Ian Brandon Anderson, who repeatedly raped her throughout her captivity.

The Second Ganosian Revolution succeeded, however, and the Cultists were thoroughly exterminated from Imperial soil. When Allison Amber "betrayed" (according to Republican accounts) the Revolution by displacing them in favor of a Hobbesian regime, she crowned Quinn the new monarch. Somewhat reluctantly, Quinn took the mantle head on, and has since led the people of the Commonwealth into an age of unparalleled cultural and economic power.

Quinn is well loved by the people of the Commonwealth, and has many fans abroad also. Quinn is a staunch supporter of liberal causes; for example, she has been supporting GLBT rights since the beginning of her reign. She also supported the legalization of abortion, euthanasia and marijuana throughout the Commonwealth.

Despite her support of religious freedom, Quinn controversially signed into law the Permit Law, which deprives members of "unrecognized" religions the right to worship openly. This was part of a series of laws aimed at securing law and order in the post-Cultist Ganosia, which included a law that allows the State to defrock clergy whenever it feels like it, abrogating the priest–penitent privilege entirely and one that states being a religious fundamentalist is tantamount to committing treason, which is still punishable by death in the Commonwealth.

Under her regime, the phrase, "politically conservative but socially liberal" saw widespread use as a summary of Ganosian political thinking. The Empress has also rejected the custom of arranged marriages between royalty and nobility; she prefers marriages made with mutual consent in mind instead. Quinn's reign has been marked with massive economic growth, the transformation of the country into a great power, and the equally massive popularity of Ganosian culture throughout the known world.

She has also been called the Matchmaker of Gholgoth for her efforts to pair foreign royalty with Ganosian princes and princesses respectively. Quinn firmly believes that Ganosia must work hand in hand with the nations of the world to ensure international peace and stability.

She also rejects the image of the stereotypical monarch, vigorously striving to integrate herself with the people she rules over. It is common to see her visit VODAIS patients in hospitals, the homeless, and others down on their luck throughout the country. In particular, the homeless called her Mama Quinn when she served soup at a kitchen alongside Johannes Pitkanen and his fellow humanitarians, and the name has been adopted throughout the country by various groups.

Quinn is happily married to the love of her life, Emperor Felix of Veceria, with whom she has five children. Quinn and her family are oftentimes in the spotlight as a down to earth and jovial family, and rarely does one see her criticized like other monarchs "too caught up in their positions."

Quinn has also been known to get involved in the fashion industry. Her designs are very popular and have been successful in both foreign and domestic markets. She designs clothing and cosmetics, and pressured her marketers to appeal to all people regardless of social position. "Beauty isn't a luxury," she famously opined, and to that end her products have been worn by both the rich and the poor.

[Pantopian Empire]

Grand Premiere James Kartopa is a devout communist (more so than the previous two leaders who followed a more "market socialist" model). He is known to be firm but fair, and has a scathing sense of humor. He has a wife and two children who live with him in the Palace of the People. A sex scandal between him and his secretary has now come to light, and his reputation is under attack, and he may leave office this year. He is militaristic and has been more confrontational to the US and the west than the previous leader. He is known to have good relations with Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, and is even on cordial terms with Kim Jong Un. He is known for having improved working standards and rebuilding the military.
