In line with New Hayesalian Government direction to increase our international presence, we wish to express our wish to become a part of your Embassy program. However the Ministry of Foreign Affairs notices that the diplomatic immunity policies in use by this program do not meet international standards. As New Hayesalian embassies around the world employ military attaches, who are members of one of New Hayesalia's six services, we must insist that the military attache assigned to an Embassy in Monahtan is given the endorsement of diplomatic immunity. We note that members of the Military assigned to diplomatic posts do hold diplomatic passports.

We therefore are requesting an exemption from this part of the programs policy, instead requesting that a level of protection at least equal to that of the Greater Island Kingdom's program (reference this message's signature) be applied to New Hayesalian diplomatic staff and inviolable objects.
