All territory already claimed in a said nation's factbook or on the former regional map is automatically claimed by said nation. However these nations must still apply on this forum, simply provide proof of established claim like a factbook entry.
International territory previously claimed by a nation and currently under their jurisdiction cannot be claimed by other nations. Please check the forum and the map to see if your desired territory has already been claimed.
Please provide as detailed information as possible when making your claim to the territory desired.
You cannot, under any circumstances, take control of land by force if your claim is refused. Anyone who attempts to defy this rule will be ignored and may face punishment if it directly affects role play within the region. A nation can gain territory through RP wars provided the owner of said territory agrees to you taking it from them in a prior agreement.
All applicants for territory on the regional map must be a member of the League of Christian Nations. Any nations from other regions claiming on the forum thread will be ignored.
