Obtaining citizenship in Veneliv

(1) A baby who is born into Venelivian territory shall immediately be given the rightful citizenship.

(2) A foreigner or refugee who wish to obtain Venelivian must pass a list ofqualifications : 1) One must hold a legal visa authorized by Venelivian embassy/consulate in one's original homeland. 2) One must be living in Veneliv's territory for more than eight years. 3) One must have, at least one, permanent housing in Veneliv's territory.

(3) From the legislation above, for one who holds a worker Visa and works constantly in an Educational work field shall be given the Venelivian citizenship within two years.

(4) From the legislation above, for a European citizen who holds the Schengen Visa issued by one's originated country, it takes less time, around three or four years, to obtain Venelivian citizenship.

(5) Russians are highly restricted obtaining the citizenship.

(6) A foreigner who marries a Venelivian and wish to obtain partner's citizenship must get the qualifications listed here: 1) One must officially and legally marry a Veneliv's citizen. A rightful binding papers must be shown to the ministry of external affairs office. 2) The couple must be rightfully together for more than two years in Veneliv's territory. 3) One must not hold a specific type of Veneliv Visas issued in original homeland (Student Visa or Tourist Visa)

(7) From the legislation above, a foreigner, married to a Veneliv's citizen, who is originally from South East Asian countries, as well as some countries in Africa and Latin America, must pass a physical examination performed by a Venelivian doctor. The examination paper must be shown to the MEF office, along with other qualification papers listed beforehand.

To gain citizenship in Dayganistan through birth, at least one parent must be a citizen of Dayganistan. For immigrants, the following requirements must be met:

Have lived in Dayganistan for six consecutive years
Hold permanent resident status (available after 3 consecutive years of living in Dayganistan)
Be financially self sufficient
Be able to use Pashto and Farsi to a level that allows you to be functional in day to day life. In practice, applicants for citizenship are only tested on their abilities in Pashto.
Must not have any serious disabilities or diseases at the time of your application for citizenship, and you must be willing to undergo a full medical exam.
Have a clean criminal record from your home country.
Must pass the citizenship test, with a score of 80 (out of 100) or higher. Questions include basic knowledge of Dayganistan's history and government, but there is also a heavy focus on questions related to culture and day to day life, which anyone who has lived here for 6 consecutive years should have no problems answering assuming they've made any sort of effort to integrate with society.

Citizenship is rather easy to obtain in La Cosa Fedora, both through birthright and naturalization. Just have work and don't be a criminal.
