This is the Current standing Embassy Resolution of the Daliusian Parliament:
Article 1
All embassies are consided territory of the respective nations, therfore are given Diplomatic immunity (see Article 2) however the Principality withholds the right to evict and deport any Ambassador and/or staff if it is felt national security is at risk.
Article 2
All Ambassadors and their families are exempt from any national or provincial law as are their staff only when they are conducting ambassidorial duties. The exemption is murder, in which the Principality of Daliusia reserve the right to punish any ambassador or their staff accordingly.
Article 3
An embassy may have no more than twenty security staff. Explosives and machine guns are also strictly prohibited.
Article 4
Automobiles are banned to all Citizens of Daliusia. However as this is understood to be difficult for ambassadors to Daliusia, one automobile per embassy is permited but no more, any other unarmed vehicle is permitted, as long as the number of vehicles does not excel six, in addition all Ambassadors, staff and family may be granted a Parking Ticket, which they are expected to pay to the Daliusian Governmment.
Article 5
All animals brought in to Daliusia must have a license. No drugs are allowed to be brought into Daliusia, as they are illegal, any embassy staff found to have any such substance will be deported. Medication is allowed as long as one can provide evidence from a Doctor it is needed. Alcohol is not permitted to be imported, however it is not against any law to posess alcohol in Daliusia.
Article 6
The Ambassador, any members of his/ her family who are at the age of majority (16 and over) and the staff must all be background checked before being allowed into the country. Anyone who refuses or fails to pass will not be allowed into Daliusia.
