suit is protected against 12.7x99mm AP across the thorax and 7.62x51mm AP, fire, and splinter along the extremities tl;dr practically immune to small arms fire and probably should be treated as a tank (or at least a LAV) from the perspective of defense
suit is sealed against contaminants including radiological and chemical/biological, with the ability to internally generate oxygen in hostile atmospheres, pilot wears a cooling garment and vest which keeps him from overheating in the suit up to 130 degrees Fahrenheit
25mm cannon can fire all 25x59mm ammunition including HEAB, and the arm weapon can be braced and stabilized by the onboard computer when the muzzle reference sensor is acquired by the digital sight on top of the armour
maximum effective range of the 5.56mm weapon when firing stabilized is probably something like 600m, while the 25mm and 12.7mm exceed 1 km
rockets are data linked by connectors to the suit computer, and the Mini-Spike knockoff can be guided after launched by wireless while RB 57 is simply an inertial system
there is probably the ability to carry, fire, and guide a heavy NLOS rocket by the soldier, but this would require some manual hefting probably and assistance
external ordnance can be reloaded by an assistant who wears conventional body armour and mounts weapons on the interface rails
internal ammunition is probably reloaded by machine like an airplane i guess? maybe the magazines can be pulled by an assistant or three and replaced with full-up racks of ammunition though
pilot has no real direct vision outwards (normally, it's there if he needs it), he sees through a pair of vibrating mirrors which preserve parallax and his digital sight which has FLIR and day sights, a laser rangefinder, and can be programmed for zeroing of different types of ammunition like a tank FCS
speed is normal walking pace or a fast jog, which to someone who is normally paralyzed by a combination of fear and fatigue must seem superhuman, and the body armour can accommodate 300 lbs of whatever

Grenades are excellent at clearing out confined spaces for obvious reasons.
There's greater overall thought to how and when to employ grenade(s) in combat but I'd be writing for like 4 hours of Interest to discuss it.

Bear in mind though for those who have never fired a gun before and this gif makes it seem pretty mild, older rifles tend to be pretty heavy, as in around ten pounds.
If you are completely unprepared or have a bad grip on the rifle it is conceivable that one would drop the gun while hip firing. If one is aware and prepared, firing from the hip shouldn't be a problem as Spree noted.

Using 2 frontal plate in combat gear. Like one in carrier, one in ballistic vest. Some time ago you show us the 6B vest and carrier ,both could be worn as one and both could hold plate. Kinda like SAKTI gear used by paras in Indonesian Army.A Carrier module and a ballistic vest module that could be used together or independent of each other. The carrier could hold plate.
