I am aware of the 4 square km limit, but this is a pretty special case. The Nomadic Khanate is more like a fun union in a state of permanent anarchy and war as seen in my RMB posts. It's not actually a country but rather an union of six factions that assures their protection against foreign threats and influence, useful because all six compete along with independents in the Free Lands, a lawless area of lands filled to the brim with resources... only nobody can use them but to a minimum because of the state of anarchy. Accepted. I missed them off last time becasue they were coloured differently to the rest of your claim and I thought that they were seperate from it.
