Also, I think you have misinterpreted my map request. The territory should stop immediately after the river to the left, and the northernmost section of the leftmost peninsula should also be Mernian, but isolated from the other areas.

This is why I request people use paint to make claims because It's always gonna be impossible to get the spot 100% correct going off a paragraph. Changing and labeling the map is a long multi step process that is very time consuming.

My nation also intends to participate as well. I propose we construct our first IPSP facility in the location Orslan has provided. Could you please tell me the name of the city, state/providenc of the location? At this location we may send scientists representing our nations to work on our projects. Once Orslan gives me the location I will make a spot on the LoN factbook detailing how many scientists from which nations are actively working. I also urge against fighting over who gets to be in space first. This will get annoying real quick if we have to we can vote on who gets to go first but we need to focus now on building the thing. So no point in going over this now. Lets talk funding, I appreciate the offers from nations wanting to pay for the costs but understand by you paying for it, the stations becomes YOURS. This should not happen, we will all pay for it to ensure there is no ownership of this project.

New Executive Command Spurs Controversy
President Snow signed today his 4th executive command since assuming office two years ago. President Snow currently holds the record of signing the least amount of executive commands since assuming office. Today's surprising Executive Command however has drawn some rather unwanted negative public opinion from both citizens and Congress alike.

Executive Command 515z reads as follows;

Progressive Income Reform Act
•Believing we should pay people based on how important their jobs truly are to the People’s Republic and it's citizens.
•Concerned that our nation's socialist income restrictions represent an ideology that no longer is in line with our nation's present fight to ensure equal pay and equal education for everyone regardless of social class.
Under my authority as President I am repealing our nation's Income Equality Act and replacing it with the Progressive Income Reform Act. Instead of every citizen being paid an equal income across the board, now all citizens will now be paid incomes based on how important their jobs are to our republic.

President Snow argues this is what must move our nation forward and that by ending our nation's archaic strict socialist hold over the public's welfare, income, and business we can remove the final restrictive barriers between ourselves and a completely free and open market with the rest of the world. While popular with the lower and middle class, the wealthy citizens are outraged by this move. Many conservative members of Congress are already discussing methods to overturn President Snow's executive command however with support from the New Conservative Party and the People's Democratic Party, without a full majority vote from Congress, a Congressional veto seems unlikely at this time.

My nation used to be strict socialist. All citizens were paid equally regardless of their jobs (kind of communism-socialist mixed) Our people were paid very well! My average income for the last year has been a stable "impressive" 100,000 - 105,000 IPOS. Since our welfare blunder my nation has since taken on a more capitalist approach, however, we never updated our Income standards. Now President Snow has taken it into his own hands to reform our fixed income issue. Now all citizens will be paid based on the importance of their jobs. We hope this will open up more opportunities for our citizens. President James Snow assumed office making our nations income and tax rate his first priority. He reduced our taxes from 98% down to the mid 60's. His hope is to continue to reform our economy during his time in office until we are a thriving economy with a low tax rate and an impressive income for all our citizens.
