Dear Friends,
In the virtues of goodwill and prosperity, it is my great pleasure to offer your nation an embassy in the Cossack Republic of Solyhniya.
All embassies are to be located on the historic and culturally vibrant island of Serena (Серена) for the time being. There are currently many unoccupied, pre-built embassy buildings on Awracji Street, Maryckaja Street, Yasonovych Prospekt and Crimea Square. There are, in addition, one-hundred empty plots of land allowing the design of a building, helipad and small airstrip, all within reasonable limits. All are available, but if a plot of land is chosen, it will be the nation's responsibilty to pay for the new embassy to be constructed (such plots will be marked with a [C] on the "Embassies Occupied:" list).
Serena is only one mile south of the island of Volodymyr (Володимир) - an extension of Boryslav (Борислав), the capital city - where the state council (the Deržavnaja Rada/Державная Рада) is situated. Access to Volodymyr is available via bullet train, ferry and road bridge. Access to the mainland is available via ferry or through Volodymyr.

NB: If air transport is required, a renting charge will be placed upon use of the Serena's diplomatic airfield, unless this is catered for in one of the custom plots of land.
