If by "Western" you mean pop culture, we're in a transitionary stage.

In general, we make our decisions in a secular, rational manner. Freedom of speech is allowed, we tolerate immigrants (as long as they work), and a functioning Welfare Capitalist State.

The only thing that seperates us from "Western" culture is the fiercely nationalistic (almost religious) pride in our nations historical background.

About 50-50 really, The 5 main races(6 if you don't count Filipino as Malay) preserves their original cultures, but many of our nation's aspects, including economy, daily life, and language(English is everyone's first language), have been westernized.

Quite a bit, given that two out of the three most widely languages are French and Portuguese, the majority of our population is Catholic, and that the nation itself is historically syncretic between Latinate and Korean traditions in many regards.

Our government, economics, administration, etc. are highly Westernised, although a few Eastern traditions (i.e. a modified version of the Chinese-style civil service examinations) remain. Western culture is also the basis of Acadian culture, although several Eastern traditions (i.e. the celebration of the Korean New Year, Confucian influence on Catholic worship in many Asian communities, etc.) remain prominent.

Did your nation adopt Western ways of government, economics, administration, etc., or even go as far as adopting Western culture, such as art, clothing, way of life, or more?

For example, the Chen Dynasty has remained very traditional, and still sees Western ways as barbaric in many aspects. Christianity is the only major aspect of the Western world that the nation has adopted, but other than that, culture remains very closely aligned with how it was for the past thousands of years. The government remains very similar to how it was as well, with the Mandate of Heaven establishing the legitimacy of the Emperor. However, Western ideas such as a legislative body in the government has found its way into the Dynasty over the years, and Western-inspired reforms are made every once in a while, to weed out corruption and inefficiency.

Just a note, in this context Westernized does not mean Modernized, you can still be modern without adopting western ideals.
