[Wardie land]

Wardie land has several oaths of allegiance, the oath of allegiance (usually the standard one) are taken by all school children, as well as anyone else who wishes to take them, this is particularly useful because a lot of children don't go to school for whatever reason, so they can take the oath in any governmental building, so as a citizenry office, civil court etc. Breaking an oath is considered treason, and is dealt with harshly.

Short Oath (adopted from the oath taken by Confederate volunteers, since many Wardie land subjects volunteered in the Confederate Army the oath later became popular, and it was decided to use an adopted version as Wardie land's short oath)
"I, [insert name], do swear to obey, fight for, and maintain, the laws of the constitution of the Confederate Kingdom and Empire of Wardie land."

Standard Oath:
"I, [insert name], do swear by Almighty God that I pledge my allegiance to [insert reigning monarch's name here; e.g. His Imperial Majesty the King Michael IV] and to the laws set down by the Imperial Parliament, I further affirm my allegiance to the Confederate Kingdom and Empire of Wardie land through my obedience to the laws, rights and liberties set down in such documents as the Wardie land Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Military Oath:
"I, [insert name], do swear by Almighty God that I pledge my allegiance to [insert reigning monarch's name here], to fight for his/her majesty, said person's successors and to the Confederate Kingdom and Empire they rule in Almighty God's stead, with his blessings. The last sentence is supposed to allude to the Revolution that took place against King Estaven Tutu, who was a tyrannical Monarch, who committed many crimes against humanity. The sentence not only gives the power to dispose of the government to the citizens but also the moral obligation.

Citizenship Oath
I shall God being my witness obey the Laws of the Nation, Help my fellow man, renounce all loyalty to other powers, including ones in other nations. I pledge to give myself to military service when called, whether combat or noncombat, I shall surely bear arms when called to dispose of government, I shall also bear arms to defend my fellow man, in domestic or foreign conflict. I pledge myself to defend the Constitution from foreign and domestic threats, so Help Me Lord

Again there are allusions to the Revolution, and also to Military service.

Oath of Office for elected offices in Legislative positions
I pledge myself to the service of my Government, to serve the People who give me my power, to voice to their opinions, and also to guide our nation, and above all I pledge allegiance to my God to follow his will. I promise to defend the Constitution against all powers.

Oath of Office for Executive positions
" I swear to the God of the Scriptures and to the Congress, Judiciary, and the People of Tutukerala to defend, protect, and preserve the Constitution of the Narsi Consulship of Tutukerala to the best of my abilities".


There is no Judicial Oath that is agreed upon


Military Oath

Mine are a very informal people, therefore the oath of office, any office, is administered by the former occupier of position, and it goes something like "this is your job now, try to do it well for you are needed here." In its essence. In the event of tragedy there is no oath and only an irregularly formal letter informing the successor that they are now responsible for the position. This is why there is no pledge, there is no real anthem, and no swearing in for trials. Scotia has a standard oath of allegiance performed by all civil servants, politicians and members of the military.
