The official ideology of the Kingdom is Anthemionism. Anthemionism is based off of the teachers of the philosopher Anthemion, who was a social conservative, devout believer in the Demiurge, and supported technological progress. It is highly praised in Lacedaemonia for its rationale and logical approach to many fundamental values of society.

Insofar as Chelta could said to be guided by any ideology, it would be an instinctive, non-dogmatic libertarianism, in the sense of hostility towards coercive centralised power and reverence for liberty and property rights. Independence and anti-statism has always been part of the Cheltish national psyche, as an appraisal of our history would emphatically demonstrate.

One of the things about Chelta that visitors from other Western nations notice is the more thoroughgoing traditionalism of our culture (with the notable exception of Chelsea, our metropolitan capital), although it's a cultural, not a political impulse.

Anthatton's national ideology is Monoism. Under such a system, either a single party parliamentary republic is established, or a democratic monarchy. Monoism is mostly center right, but at times can be very extremist in it's ideals of international revolution against the elite, maintaining human rights, and world unification. It can only be discribed as Democratic Socialism, but with a right-wing agenda, mostly. This idea came to light in 2007, 5 years before The Revolution, long before it was even recognized politically. A lot of times, it can be confused with Monism, or the belief in a single god, but really the name comes from the international unification aspect. Today, Monoists make up 70% of Parliament. Colors are burgundy or maroon, light green, and white.

After the revolutionary war ended the Triunvirato de Mar de Oro (Mar de Oro Triumvirate) became the Confederacion de Mar de Oro (Confederacy of Mar de Oro) also known as Confederacion de Oro (Golden Confederacy). Shortly after the creation of the Confederation a civil war broke out between Federalists (Market Conservatives) and Centralists (Market Liberals) which ended in 3 years with the victory of the Federalists. Mar de Oro has since then been a Confederacy and a Democracy under the control of the Federalist party.

We have socially liberal policies and market conservative policies which are a staple of the Federalist Party. Tension between both parties is high and violent attack towards each other are not uncommon.

Socialism with Siyunese characteristics. Shares similarities to guild socialism with a traditionalist/cultural conservative lean, and a bit of royalism mixed in.

It is officially called Tripitaka uyo Ummat, with Tripitaka meaning 'three baskets' which illustrates the three principles (trade, communitarianism, and democracy) guiding the socialist ideal, and Unmmat meaning community.

This ideology is not an official nor national one, but it is ingrained in the societal fabric of Nusa Siyung.

Same with us on the last part. We started off as a more authoritarian regime - so we have to push for privatisation, tax-reduction, law and order, economic reformation and civil liberties. A focus on centrist economics and social civic unity through material prosperity under a de facto single-party state. Be it Christian-Democracy interpretations of "corporatism-lite", or the more secular Republican counterpart (which also endorses Realism in external relations).

Since the late 18th century, the Arcturan Empire has been a consitutional monarchy, with the Emperor holding some power. The real power is located in the Imperial Senate (modified from the Imperial Parliament in 2025 for more direct democracy), where the people elect representatives to create and vote on legislature. The Emperor still has authority over the government (veto power, formally opens and closes senate "seasons", affirs declarations of war), but there is not as much power in the position as there was in the ancient days. There has also been significant changes in economics, from feudalist structures to mercantilism in the early 18th century, to the adoption of socialism in the late 1800s, and then a long-term modification to a more liberalized, Scandinavian-style economy from the 1920s-2030s.
