The Kingdom of Keralia is looking forward to establish diplomatic ties with our world's nations in order to further develop the use of diplomacy as an alternative to aggression.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Relations
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Relations (MFAR) is the department of His Majesty's Government that oversees the country's relationships with foreign powers. Within its duties are the signing of bilateral and regional treaties and accords, the establishment of Keralian embassies in foreign lands, and the strengthening of diplomatic ties, among others. Its offices are housed in the Hôtel des Nations, located in #34 Place Royale, Keraliscitte.
The current Minister is The Most Excellent Prince Léonard de Roire. The Minister, jointly with five of the ten Ambassadeurs du Roi (former ambassadors with a remarkable career), head the board of the KECP, which oversees the embassies' compliance with their duties.

All diplomatic officers in Keralia are protected under General Assembly Resolution #22
There are three cities where an embassy or a consulate may be established:
1) Keraliscitte: Capital of the country, most of the politic and economic life in the country happens here. Founded in the early 3rd century by the Old Ferrods, Keraliscitte has been the country's centre for most of its over 800 year-long existence.
2) Grabe: Often regarded as the kingdom's second capital, it is one of the most important cultural centres, with the Royal Ballet and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra being based here. Grabe was the seat of the Royal Court for most of the 13th century, when the House of Grabe ascended to the Keralian throne, succeeding the House of Villabeytia and forming the House of Grabe-Villabeytia. It is also an important place for the monarchy, containing the monarch's ancestral and official residence, where most State occasions take place.
3) Crowski: Great cultural hub containing the preferred residence of the King and Queen.
Likewise, there are four cities where only consulates may be established
1)Saint Wenceslaw's: Main trading and touristic hub.
2)Roria: Cultural and social hotspot containing secondary residences of many influential personages. The King and Queen host the Winter Social Season during the whole month of January.
3) Ville Royale
4) Saint Marie's
KERALIA IS A PERMANENTLY NEUTRAL STATE, please do not request military alliances.
GUIDELINES
1) Your government must respect all international law charters and treaties regarding embassies and consulates
2) No more than one embassy and four consulates can be established by any given nation at a time. If you wish to establish a new consulate, you must close a previous one. Embassies cannot be relocated.
3) For embassies, there is a limit of twenty-five (25) security staff, thirty (30) service staff, and twenty (20) diplomatic staff. For consulates, twenty (20), twenty-five (25), and fifteen (15) members of staff in each respective department is allowed. Nothing over the limit is permitted.
4) A limit of one weapon per security staff must be followed.
